i get a call from this number 1-800-935-5152 . . .  every day  , all i do is i pick up and hang up . how can i stop 800 numbers from calling me ?

I have asked this same 'company' to quit calling. they say we will add notes to not call. I ask them to remove my number completely and they hang up on me repeatedly and still keep calling. no one there and rude comments when I do answer the phone.

Interesting-- you folks are having the same experiences.

I'm Getting calls everyday on my fax line, but they haven't attempted to contact me any other way, such as mail or voice line, or cel phone.  This has been going on with some collector or another since I installed my line but recently it's this Allied number.  Every damn day, at weird random times.

Don't they verify numbers before dialing (or autodialing)?  Don't they even verify that I'm not in their timezone, so certain hours are clearly off-limits?   Are they too stupid to realize it's a fax number and try sending a fax??

Person called asking for Bergman. No Bergman here. Then, they called again just to have a stupid ring tone and then hung up when I kept on saying hello. I hit #69 and this number came up. I called them back. They said they were looking for Erin. I said no Erin here! This is stupid!

They keep calling me too!  Same time every day!  8:28 in the morning on my cell phone!

No message either.

Phone calls from this number 800-935-5152 started about two weeks ago as often as two to three times a day.  I finally answered one call late at night & they asked for my son.  When I told the man on the phone my son didn't live here my state he all but accused me of lying.  His last comment was tell him to call me.  I told him no & hung up.  The next morning bright & early around 8:30 am they called again.  I called them back and told them not to call my home anymore.  I emailed my son and chewed him out for not paying his debts and he informed me he didn't have any bad debts and did not know who this company Allied Interstate was.  After reading other comments it appears a complaint to our states Fair Collections Board is in order.

I recieved a call from this number around 8:25pm and when I answered it there was no reply, so I hung up.

Do what my husband does, he calls them back and harresses them until they beg him to stop calling.....

Home phone just rang at 8:33 p.m. and caller id says 800-935-5152.  When I said "hello" the phone rang, as if I had been transferred to someone else.  I could hear a female voice talking to someone else possibly standing or sitting next to her, but never addressed me.  I hung up. WEIRD.  Hope it does not happen while i am tryinng to sleep tonight.

They called me and left an automated message that was cut off.  I only had the 800 number on the message and something about debt collection.  Not having any debt problems, I called them back.  They did identify themselves as "Allied Interstate" when they picked up the phone (something that usually doesn't happen).  After they located the record (based on my phone number), they mentioned a name that I had never heard of.  They apologized and stated that they would remove me from the calling list.  Overall, they were much more efficient and helpful than other similar experiences I've had with such companies calling wrong numbers.

Please let me know who is calling me from this number.

I got a call for Eugene Mutchler.  I asked who was calling, and the caller said Allied Interstate.  I told them they had the wrong number.  So Eugene, if you see this message, please call Allied Interstate Debt Collections at 800-935-5152.  They want to speak to you and your deadbeat accounts!

For about two months I received calls from 253-218-3449 which showed on my caller id with no message or name and it turned out to be Allied Interstate, a collection agency looking for someone whom I do not know.  Finally just this week,  they started leaving a number but no name just stating that they were attempting to collect a debt but I am debt free except for mortgage and I pay on time so, I knew that I did not owe them.  I called the number 1-900-935-5152 and asked them to put me on their do not call list and they said that they would with 48 hours to take effrect.  They told me who they were looking for and I told them that I do not know that person.  I actually spoke to a breathing person.  I hope that the annoying calls will stop now.

I received a call from this number yesterday - a Sunday.  I did not answer because I didn't recognize the number.

Called  urgent to contact them, checked info THIS IS ALLIED iNTERSATE COLLECTION, OUR CREDIT IS PERFECT AND DO NOT APPRECIATE THESE CALLS !   What's happening with the DO NOT CALL LISTINGS evently it is not working !!!!

I too have been receiving calls from 800-935-5152 and I finally answered it.  The person was absolutely rude.  He said that I owed DirectTV $148.43 from 2008.  I told him that I do not recall owing them this money, as I had changed from DirectTV to ATT Uverse and was sure that I had paid the bill in full through my bill pay.  He said that two other collection agencies had it before them.  I told him that I had not ever received anything or any calls from any other collection agency on this.  I told him that I was disputing this debt and he said that I had already disputed it.  I disagreed with him that I had an opportunity to dispute since I have not received anything from them in writing or from another agency.  He said that I could pay $89.00 and it would be taken care of.  I told him that I was going to research it with DirectTV and my bank records.  He said that if I didn't want to pay the $89.00 that it would be charged off on my credit and ruin my credit and hung up.  I then got a letter 3 days later from them saying that I could pay 60% of the amount owed.  I have not had a chance to go through my bank records yet or follow up with DirectTV, as they just called me on Monday.  Even the letter doesn't spell out that if I could pay $89.00 but that I could pay 60% of amt owed.  This agency is mean and they are auto calling 3-4 times a day.

received call this morning looking for a person we do not know; the person almost call me a lair;  they would take the numberout of  their system. hung up guess what call two more times; i told her i was calling and report them for harassment she hung up on me ( wonder why ! )

They say I owe Direct TV $38.00.  My service kept going out and they wanted to charge me to fix thier equipment!  Told them to get the dish off my roof and patch the holes they made, then maybe I'll give them the $38.00. But probably NOT. ( that was 2 years ago)
