I am tired of these people calling not interested

I just got a new number for work -- I get calls from this number a lot. Thankfully, its early enough to change my number

get calls at any time of day/ night w/o a message.

They have called for a month straight stop calling

they keep calling at all houres day and night when i pick the phone up there is no one there

They keep calling my phone day and night. When I pick up there is no one there.

I want this to stop now.

Calls starts at 3:30 am, and last for 10 sec. Then every 2.5 hrs another call. Calls don't stop until 10 pm.

Caller id just shows "Florida call" and their number. They call over and over again.  We have good credit and don't have any outstanding debts. When I have answered, no one responds from their end.

I bought a subscription from them. Maybe it's just their escrow agent, but I bet a lot of people give false adresses amd phone numbers so they don't get caught illegally downloading stuff through the download site hosters (eg uploading.com, netload.com, rapidshare.com etc).
The false info they give is (co-incidently) yours. The follow up phone calls are just verifying the number exists or is for a continuing subscription where they have only paid once off, not realising it is automatically an ongoing subscription. The phone calls are to chase up the next months/years membership.
Just tell them you want to cancel your membership and ask for a refund - that should "annoy" the original people who gave your number to them.
