called 11-17-09 (twice).  no message left.

Called several times.   leaves no message.   Calls at all hours.   latest call at 9:55 pm.  Thought these kinds of phone call couldn't be made after 9:00 pm.  We are also on the Do Not Call list.

It's a fake survey by health insurance industry disguised as a poll.  Designed to scare senior citizens about health care reform.

Keep in mind folks, the do-not-call-list doesn't apply to marketing surveys that aren't selling, nor to political calls.

I have received several calls from the 801-823-2028 number and when I pick up (ogden, UT) the phone goes dead.  What gives?

Just took political survey from 801-823-2028.

nember is listed under as company called Western Wats.  They do customer surveys for Blue Cross of Illinois customers who purchased medicare supplement policies.  If you call 1-801-737-7735, then press 2,  they will put you on their do not call list.

Yep....they called me as well...when will they ever learn that we are always going to ignore and avoid any company that uses such tactics.

Phone rang.  No one on the other end, although connection was intact. I hung up.

Received a call from this number at 6:59 PM.  There was no response when I answered and it sounded like whoever it was they hung up after a few seconds.  Wierd.

Called 7:30  Said it was a survey for elections.  I told her I was registed with the Do Not Call Registry but she didn't care.  I told her to take my number out of her computer and hung up on  her.

You have to send them an e-mail and tell them you want to Opt out of their surveys, and give your telephone number so they know which one is opting out.

I sent them a e-mail telling them it's not going to do any good calling me from  an out of area phone number cause I do not answer them.

Got a call on my cell phone the other day. Check out the number and it belongs to "Trust Partners.com" in Utah, a division of WesternWats.com I believe.. I guess they are a bunch of crooks or something since the are using my cell phone minutes that I paid for, a number also that is on the Do No Call List.  Will report this number to both State and Federal Authorities and hopefully they will fine them the $10,000.00 per call they have made to numbers on the do not call list.  I am billing them for the $5.00 at the following address:

I hope those, from now on, that receive a call from these folks send them an invoice for your time and if it is on your cell phone advise your carrier, as well as send a letter or email to your State Attorney General regarding the Do No Call List.  Also, send one to the Federal "Do No Call List" filing a complaint in order to put a stop to these crooks.

I work for Western Wats. Just started 2 days ago, and believe it or not, it's not a scam. They call to get your opinion about companies you are associated with...theyr not selling anything. They gather information for statistical purposes for companies, the news, and lots of other things. Try and report us to the authorities??? They probably pay us to do surveys for them too so...good luck...because you won't get very far with your complaint. And us, as the phone interviewers, don't even know who we are calling, so don't think that were out to get you. Our computers dial automatically and a name pops up on the screen that we need to talk to...asking to take your name off of our call list will do you the most good. By screaming or hanging up, we as employees, have to just put that into the computer as it is, A HANG UP. And by doing that, your number goes right back into the system until you say PUT ME ON YOUR DO NOT CALL LIST. So next time...grow up and act like an adult. It will get you a lot farther than throwing a childish tantrum and slamming the phone down. haha. *****And FYI*****....The national do-not-call list does not apply to Western Wats. They aren't trying to sell you anything...so it is perfectly legal. Learn the facts before you make threats CHILDREN.
