Yes ! I got the call also 801 823 2028 Sense they're not saying who they are.
I dont bother to answer there calls. What I did was place them in my contact
list an gave them a Name "Don't Answer".Now when it rings it can ring away....
                                       "FIGHT BACK AMERICA"

Don't call that number to get your name off their list.  I tried and it's an Ogden, Utah school district.

They are starting to call again, hurray.  I am sure they are up to political surveys.

Getting  calls three or four times a day from 8018232028. They will not leave a message on the recorder. I am on the do not call list.

Unknown caller.....I am on do not call list!!

This call was a "survey" about political issues.  Caller was young, male, and obviously new to the job.  Seemed relatively uneducated or very nervous, as he couldn't pronounce the words related to the issues he was asking questions about.  Was very obviously some sort of "pfishing" (called a "push survey") for the conservative viewpoint, and questions were about California ballot issues.  The way you can tell it was not a true survey is that he put forth "information" (some of it false) rather than just asking questions.

(801) 823-2028 is a company called opinionology. Their web site is www.opinionology.com. They were calling me to do a follow up survey regarding a recent purchase I made a Jiffy Lube. Since they are not selling any product and they are acting on the behalf of a merchant you've had a transaction with they are not goverened by the DNC registry. When you provide your telephone number to merchants that you've completed a transaction with, this gives the merchant and/or its third party representatives the legeslated right to contact you at their will. However you do retain the right to have the company remove you from the calling list. Many people believe a simple verbal request to nolonger contact you telephonically is  sufficent to be protected from further contact by the company and/or tits third party representatives. However in order to sever the relationship granted to the merchant and its representatives you must submit your request in writing. Backwards as all get out but quite often most great legislation is also. All the best to all who may read to this point. Gary

Got a call from them last night at 10:44 PM and woke me up.  They called 6 times before that. Never answered any of them. I wish they would either stop calling or leave a message.

Been getting a call from Ogden UT lately.  Of course they never leave messages. Must have another phone number 801-823-2029 from same place because this number has also called.

The caller thought she was speaking to person even though my voice mail had activated. She identifed herself as from Target Point Consulting then realized it was my voice mailbox.

Four new phone annoyers bothering us. This is so wrong.

This is the Political season and there are lots of these folks working to influence the political opinion of Americans.  Make no mistake please, these Political Polls are not interested in your opinion, they only want to influence your opinion so you'll vote the way they want to to vote.

And, the Do Not Call list will not work because Political calls are exempt from the to DNC.

Just got a call today at 5pm EST.  They didn't say anything but I Have premera blue cross/blue shield.

Received call today at 7:08 pm; young man gave his name (I forgot it - Rupert?) and identified himself as being with Petco.  I hung up since I couldn't figure why anyone legitimate would be doing business at 7 pm on a Sunday.  Petco uses your phone number as ID for discounts, I reread my user agreement and didn't see that they would ever call me, only contact I agreed to was to be via email.  Guess I missed the fine print.

bah, listed Petsmart as company and it was Petco - get them mixed up all the time, sorry.

I listed my number several times as Do Not Call, but it seems that they still do. I found out that my carrier / phone service provider has an option that they could turn off in your profile. Its a promo option. All you have to do is ask them to turn it off. Also, be aware that this might, and or, might not work. Mine was turned off but I still got calls. The phone companies still have several tricks up their sleeve to sell you out. Why not... It means cash in their pockets. So don't expect to NOT be bothered by A## Holes calling you with promotions and offers and surveys. I know.....I've tried....believe...me.

i got a call and i let the anwesr machine take the message no one answered. HOW EVER IS CALLING ME CUT THE CRAP OUT CAUSE ONLY IDIOTS WOULD DO THIS.

801-823-2028 has called here numerous times without leaving a message.  I picked it up tonight on the first ring and they didn't say anything.  Then it disconnected.

Just received a call from 801-823-2028/ Ogden, Utah asking me about a purchase I made in last 2 weeks at Petco in Meridian, MS. I have not been to Meridian in months, and when I stated that, he thanked me and hung up.

CALLED REPEATEDLY AT ALL HOURS.  No pitch, no message.  Just heavy breathing.  Perverts or lunatics.  CUT THIS PHONE OFF!!!
