Don't answer!!  They got caught and fined over $500,000 for violations to the Child Labor Laws.  I wonder why they changed their name from Western Wats to Opinionology...

I receivd the same call from some fruticake in Utah, caller ID said Ogden utah, and the a-- hole said that he had a transporation survey to ask me.  The cller wanted to know if there was any adult living in the household who had to be trasported by a vehicle to various places-- or words to that effect.  After I said no, the caller hung up.

I have no idea what this was all about.  I received a Wells fargo Banking Scam out of Iowa, earlier, in the day.

Alos, I sent an email reproting the call to my state attorney gneral's office..

Does anyone know how many violators of the do not call program have been prosecuted. i've heard there has been 6 cases out of millions of complaints.  I sent an email to DNC asking this question they did not answer.

That number called today and someone said "Hello", but didn't leave any further message on my machine (I screen all calls I don't recognize).  Also got a hangup call from same area and exchange yesterday, but number ended in 2034.  Same folks I'm sure.

They keep calling and yesterday I picked up.  There was a delay and then someone asking me if I was another person and in charge of lawn care and something else.  I told him I couldn't understand him and hung up.  The connection was terrible and I didn't want to bother trying to understand after he couldn't speak up.

I didn't recognize the number on caller id so I let it ring through to the answering machine. Kid's voice said 'hello' twice then hung up. 8:05pm

Please stop these calls.

The DO NOT CALL LIST has a loophole folks. It applies to companies who are marketing products. We are in fact conducting research or polls. Often the polls are initiated by your CITY to find out residents opinions on local issues such as road or development projects. Thankfully it is my night job but I often enjoy talking to some of the interesting people there are out there and hearing the broad view of opinions. It is not illegal in any form, annoying at times yes. But the fact remains that we live in a data driven society and statistics need to be gathered by polls just as voting requires participants to enter their opinions on matters that they see as a priority. These opinions help our clients to gauge political feelings in your area and allow them to understand how to best approach sensitive public issues.

Received a call from this # 801-823-2028 No one answered ,no one said a word ,I waited then stated if your going to call say what you want and waited afew minutes then hung up.

Whoever these idiots are, they just called me - it's a little after 9:30pm.

Just received my first call - now blocked. We are also DNC and I believe you should report them to the Utah Attorney General...that may shake their tree a bit.  They wouldn't identify themselves.
