I'v been called by a company, Castle Trade International, based according to them in Osaka, Japan. They want me to by shares in Cirrus Logic.

I haven't done anything yet.  Don't trust it.

Does anybody know anything about them?

Had a call like that from Castle Trade International, too. Supposedly from Osaka. "Buy Cyrrus Logic, now!" was the main topic. And naturally through them, and right now. Minimum batch 2000 shares, which would be 80.000 USD. Exit point in eight weeks. Gain over 140%.  Even though the minimum investemnt kept on shrinking by the minute. I didn't do it. And I think I was right. Because when I told him to call me back in eight weeks after confiming the promised performance of his investment and then talk business, he rather didn't. Called himself John Paul Austin, or J.P. (like in J.P. Morgan, lol).
Serious business is never closed on the phone. Keep that in mind. Simple strategy: Sleep over all contracts at least for one night. If they don't have that time, chances are they are only good for one side, and that's not yours. Your money is called liquidity, because it runs through the smallest cracks in your investment strategies. So don't pour it out over the phone !
Small investors should buy standards, put that in their safety deposit box and forget about them for at least 10 years. Don't need an offshore investment broker for that.
Other than that, buy property. Real estate, not houses, just land. For real long term this is ideal. Because we are simply becoming more people on this planet. More people equals less space, resulting in higher prices. Simple as that. Maybe not good for as a retirement fonds but for passing it on to your family when you are gone. Or you buy close to urban settlement and are lucky that the subburbs are growing to your property.  And all of a sudden you are sitting on lot's of highly demanded building land. Then it's very good for a retirement funds as well.
Gold is also a very stable currency through all times. Not as sexy as offshore big capital global player super profit glossy webpage investment bubble. But stable, something to hold in your hands and it's a bit shiny too. :-) So have fun finding the right investment for you (and not your investment broker hiding somewhere offshore).

Well everyone I have been hit buy this group of people from Castle Trade International, based according to them in Osaka, Japan, I need help to get them and if possible any group or company can help me get at least half of what I have already send?

Am sorry to say. It will be hard to get your money back. Call interpole in your country and file the complain.   They know names who's doing all this scams. I have reported who's behind this already. Master mind. American citiezen. Mr. Jouquin Hipolito Feranandez. Aka jack Fernandez. Now living in Bangkok Thailand. He has the same case in US. Financial fraud.

Andrew van Slee. Is in Bangkok Thailand. Living with his wife and son in one of  the unit in ascot residence.

Can you tell us a little bit, how do you know he is behind the scams. I would like to investigate a little bit more about it. I would like to gather the facts, gather people that were scammed or worked for him and if we found it is really him, we should take some action.

A lot of people knows his behind all this scams.  Why do you think his hiding all his scam money in Asian counties. And never been back on US...

I have also been scammed by Castle Trade International, and they are still contacting me, I want to keep this communication going so that we can get full information before it is too late. Thought late for me but I dont want other to suffer. lets help each other to investigate and catch them please.

I have lots of evidence, even phone calls. If I get an authority to handle him then I am ready to pin him during the convesation

the us embassy and australian authoritites + interpol are already watching jack. plus a canadian tv show called fifth estate are doing a piece on him and alex van slee in early 2013 about the boiler room they operate in bangkok

Just saw the picture link by boki, is he the man in the shorts or the Asian man, I am from another link lefroy Hudson where also many of us got scammed...for thousands of dollars, but upto now nothing has come to light.... Hope he is arrested

Fernandez is a nasty piece of work. From what I've heard he was screwed over in Jakarta by his staff. He was then black listed from Indonesia and set up a boiler room(s) in Manila Philippines. He is still there and runs between Bangkok and Manila. If you have sent money to these people, you will never see it again. You bought that car for him! The Benz you see in the previous post has a red number plate, this means it's brand new. Perhaps track him down via the supplier and registration number.

I was scammed by these same idiots under a different company lefroy-Hudson started with a girl who first scammed me of usd 5000 and the. Some idiot named George Westbrook, was trying to make more after he told me my 5000 used was worth 20000 and he wanted abit more to get me upto 100000....by this time I had sniffed out it was a scam but too late.....I doubt if I will ever see my money again though.....

Little that i know his a scambag."He asked me to set up a call center which he use by scamming people. He will never stop you every body know that.... File a lawsuit againce him in Philippines. I will help to get him convicted...

If am in all your position the first thing you guys can do. Is file a lawsuit againce him.  All the  victims of. Equi Asia group limited, wheeler asset group, and all of you out there.  Use your money together to set this scam master convicted. I will help to testified. This guy will never stop setting up new company to scam every one.  His just laughing at you all. No one has the courage to fight him.
