i am personally got cheated by Equi Asia Group Ltd , and several of my colleagues as well. i have been living 18 years in Bangkok working as an expatriate and the loss of my funds had professional as well as domestically a huge impact on my life. anyway,over the years i have met several people cheated by always the same persons as you guys mentioned in the previous postings.

We have set up a list with contact details and database to track these thieves down and get them to justice.
i am always very thankful for all information regarding investment fraud in asia , in order to carry on in tracking them and get them responsible for their actions. we have a list of lawyers etc., which we have and work together to make their lives as miserable as possible and try to prevent further damage and even to recover our investments.

One of my specialties is promoting scammers and exposing them.
We have spent the past 6 months looking into Jack Fernandez aka Joquin Hipolito Fernandez.

I propose that we form a group and I will instruct my staff to purchase domains which we will use to expose Jack Fernandez.

I will need your story, how much you lost and your name. If you do not feel comfortable using your name, then a fake name is ok, but we will inform the public that for anonymity, a fake name is being used.

The goal would be to expose Jack Fernandez using the WEB.

This will be very expensive, but we are happy to cover the cost of the work.

Its quite interesting what comes up when you type in JACK FERNANDEZ THAILAND or JACK FERNANDEZ BANGKOK. We have many emails coming into our inbox, so will keep you updated when we launch our Jack Fernandez forum.

What I find interesting is that many comments seem very identical in the writing patterns that it makes me wonder if this Amie is using other names and posting under multiple aliases. In all, I would say that these 6 pages, probably only contain around 6 individuals, all using different aliases. Its also obvious that NO investor would know where a child would go to school, so that only leaves mum or dad to know this information, and I doubt dad would put his daughter at risk... !!!

A simple Google search shows this coming up about Amie...  The website [***] from Hell  which has some very interesting information.

I suggest to those dingleberries that are posting... Just stop the nonsense and get on with your life. As for Amie, I was a physically and mentally abused husband and my ex missus made me out to be the monster. My daughter is grown up now and she knows the lies her mom told her.

So for your sake Amie... Think of the children and stop this nonsense. I really hope that you can get on with your life peacefully as hatred only eats you up...  !!

That website is set up to confuse everyone that will look up his name in the Internet.  He set up a website to abuse more the mother of his other daughter to a Filipina .  All about  him is documented in the court. In Phil. Copy of his passport. His signatures and police reports that he keep physically attacking and filling cases to  Ms. Tiamzon. I have Hired investigator to review all the facts that's in this forum. About him.I will posting the details as soon  the report to me completed.

The names under which they operate are James Tate (j.tate@centurytradingmail.com), Anthony Fleming (a.fleming@centurytradingmail.com) and Richard Swanson (a.fleming@centurytradingmail.com).

They are smooth talkers on the phone and suggest to invest in some small cap stocks. If you get scammed like I did (after following on the stock for a while) you have to do a money transfer to an account, inmy case in China. That's when I started to get suspicious but It was too late. Once you are inside they keep asking you for money, the next step is when yo start to get nervous and tell them that you want all or part of you rmoney back. Then they claim they have put money in advance to buy some more shares and ask you for more money, and since you don't give a cent more, they claim your account has been frozen and that it will only be made available again if you come to your senses and send them more money.

I am sure it is the same people under "Castle Limited Trading" Scam.

Any body knows what can be done here?. Any suggestions on how to report this or how to react to this are welcome. Has anybody gone to the Japanese in their country to report this?.

The stocks they suggested were PLUG (Plug Power), CPST (Capstone Turbine), (MU) Micron Technologies, (RBY) Rubicon Minerals.

These are the kind of messages they send:

I know Andrew, and his brother Alex, did investments in oil, and a new film called pop star puppy. Never had a clue they were doing stuff illegally. This is crazy to read especially since I know both of them.

Alex is in Dubai now not China, he left that investment company awhile ago.
