I dont even think I have a BoA account... so its odd for them to call me.  And what's up with the 814 area code?  That's local to me.

This number has been calling my cellphone for two days, 3 calls a day, they do not leave a voicemail. So far today they called twice within 5 minutes of each other and its only 11:30 a.m in Florida. I do not have BOA accounts. I smell a scam coming on.

I don't know who this is.  They have called me a total of 6 times in the past 3 hours.  I answered the first two, but there was no one there.  I still have no idea who this is...no messages or anything.

They called a few times at work number, So got curious and punched the number in Google search. Should we report these guys

it is Bank of America, Card Services is the name of the credit card division...they have a collection office in State College, PA...I used to work for them...they usually won't leave a message because it doesn't count as an official "call" if there is no message left so then they can call you again on the same day

THey tried me and I didn't answer. I think they tryed me last week too. [***].

From what everyone else wrote prior to my entry here and from what I can decipher, it's supposed to be a call originating from Bank of America.
I have had dealings with several banks over the years and have never left an account open or closed my dealings with them owing them money!

I never had ANY dealings with Bank of America. Someone with the same last name as me probably did and screwed them.

I used to get calls from Chrysler Corp.'s finance division and they asked for someone whose name does not resemble mine in any way imaginable. After Chrysler's finance division gave up (3 months worth of calls) then GE Money Bank started where they left off!

Now THIS number begins. The best solution? Just don't answer when hey call. after a while they will give up too!

They hung up the first time I answered, and I ignored the call the second time they called. No message was left.

They called four times in one day. Have no idea what they want or who they are. I stopped answering after they hung up the first time. It may be a robo-dialer.

I received several calls from this number as well and after calling back I realized that it was for a card that I did have with Suntrust which is also Bank of America and that had a small amount past due. Their calls are not a scam.

Called me this morning, but left no message.  I don't answer cell calls from unfamiliar numbers.  I returned a call to them and got an recorded answer identifying themself as "Card Services".

This number has been calling my phone a while ago. I called back, they asked my phone number and I gave it to the person on the phone, he said that the system did not have my number, then asked for my SSN. I smell a scam coming on. Please do not give any information to this company!!!

Its BofA collections. Could be any associated bank or credit card company. Best thing to do is pay your bills.

this is FIA card services calling about a GMAC Mastercard.

Got a call the ID said it was STATECOLLG PA but message was a nasty card service guy. I deleted it.

Called - left no message

Got a call today.  Caller ID said "Statecollg PA."  Left message saying it was regarding my credit card account.  I'm suspicious of this.

They called me at 9:18 am, I didn't know the number so I let it go to voicemail. It was 2 seconds of nothing. I wouldn't trust it. A bank would have left a message.
