Today was the first day this number was calling, twice at home and twice on the cell, I missed the call but want to pick it... I do have two citi cards and one is three days late at the moment.. I will write again after I get the next call. Im waiting! hehe.. I am just not looking forward to hearing a busy signal as mentioned in the comment above mine..

Guess what Mr Debt Collector... I am not paying you no matter how many times you call me. I hope Citi goes under.

I know our problems stared when one of our CC's decided that we had TOO MUCH credit (never late on ANY creditors or over limit either) and changed our rate from 6% to over 25% overnight.  This of course has spiraled into the majority of them not being paid (the one payment went from $60 to over $400 per month)... and until 3 months ago we had exlt credit.  I contacted each company and was basically told tough S*&^ by all but Home Depot and Tractor Supply, who were willing to work with us.  And they were not the ones to raise the rate to begin with!  The CC loan sharks need major regulation!

This number calls me 10 + times a day on both my work and personal phone. There is nobody there when I answer and when I don't they do not leave a message.  This is so annoying.  Who is it calling?

They call me every morning at 8:30 AM and also at work. I don't owe any money so I think it is a scam.

If the people who are getting these calls actually do have a Citi card it seems highly unlikely that it's a phishing scam, unless it's someone on the inside that has access to Citi's records of who has cards and who doesn't. i just got my first call, I do have a Citi card and I am NOT behind on payments. So, I'll just have to see. They can call away, I am going to be getting my number changed very soon anyway.

I just received this call today.  My wofe spoke to a guy named Shane.  He wouldn't say who he was calling for.  I do have a citi account, but it is paid each month.  Seems like a scam to me.

These people are calling all hours of the day- including Sundays!

I have a Citi Card and I am good standing, but this number (816)420-4003 is for their collection dept.  Which makes no sense why they would be calling.  I called the number on the back of my card and spoke to an agent and gave them the number and so he will file a complain and what also did is removed all third party marketing that is posted to my account.  He was also going to send me a follow up letter of this.

Fraud.  They want your ssid and cannot answer security specific questions.

been getting calls multiple times a week at home and on my cell phone!!! called the number back and it's citi! one payment behind and told them i would pay them amount in 1 week they said fine now got a call from habib from citi saying they want 523.00 in full!!! they can get it in their bailout money!!!

I keep getting calls from this number.. they never leave a message.  They call ALL DAY LONG  i hit ignore every time.  I don't believe it is actually CITI because I haven't used my citi card in 6 months.  my new one has actually sitting in my purse unactivated for this period of time.  ANd when citi actually does call they leave me a message.

They were calling me all the time and my husbands phone no message calling back gets me a busy signal, when i answer and say hello i am hung up on, I also have a citi Card, It is probably them, but we habve Tmboiel and we have familly allowannces so we jsut blocked the number no more calls from THem! everyone should switch and block your calls!

I dont have a citi card, or any over due bills. SO I think this number calling me must be a scam and should be sues for bothering me all day.

The number comes up on caller id. i do have a citicard. when I answer no one is there. it is annoying. I just want them to talk to me when they call otherwise they should not call me

called 32 times in 6 days but not to me .to my 94 year old aunt who has her own phone number, in my home. she does not answer unavailable caller ID numbers. how they get her number ???

These credit card companies are getting to be a real pain in the ass.  They are ready to charge you a high interest rate, but not ready to wait for their payments while we're out of work.  How ironic!!

Calls multiple times a day.  When I call, recording says, "Sorry, but your call cannot be completed."  Will answer next time, wait for a live person and blow a whistle in their ear.  It worked last time I had this problem.
