Find a good attorney that is knowledgeable in financial matters.  If this is Citibank or some other creditor doing this then you there are ways to have your debt forgiven or at least reduced because they are doing this.  This can be done and there are agencies out there that know the laws so I'd advise you to make the best of a bad situation and see if you can at least get your debt reduced, if not eliminated.  If you can check out Christian Lawyers of America (christianlawyersofamerica.com, 888-702-0111 - they help with situations like this.

Can't believe that u actually sell ur soul to the devil when u get a credit card!  I am filing bankruptcy soon (ultimately my fault) but non stop calls after u told them u have a lawyer is unreasonable.

To (Sh)iti Bank: For years, I'd been Suze Orman's dream of high-credit-score-maintaining, financial responsibility: saving when/wherever I could, never carrying a blnc on my CCs, always paying my bills in-full & on-time, etc., etc.  Now, I'm thousands of $ in debt on 2 of my CCs due to loss of income & health insurance.  After years of continuous loyalty & dependability to you thieving f ucks, what do I get?  A good ol' customer service kick-in-the-face!  Well, I wish to inform you parasites that I do not answer calls from #s I don't recognize or are blocked/private; nor do I respond to bullying & harassment.  Your persistant, once-every-half-hour phone calls day after day after day will not get you your money any faster and only serve to piss-me-the-h ell-off.  I am struggling to get by and I make every good-faith effort to pay you [***] as much as I'm able, as soon as I'm able.  In the meantime, return the favor of what you've already done to my credit line & interest rate and go ef yourselves.

Citi Group has been calling for 6 months from several numbers, several times a day. It is very annoying and time consuming. I have disabilities so it is hard for me to get around. I agree with the other guy, a lawsuit should be filed! Beleive me I have done everything to try and stop the calls. I have the names of over a dozen people and numerous addresses to write to. No one at citi has been able to stop the calls and I don't have an account.I think the person who says "PAY YOUR BILL" is a citi rep or the person calling me.

Got 2 calls today by 9am. Not sure about previous days. After googling the number I saw that it was Citicard. I called back, since I do have an account with them. I spoke to the rep and it turns out that I was late with my payment. My payment was ontime, however I somehow paid less than the minimum due. This resulted in a late fee and some huge finance charges (jump from 0% to 25.99%!!). I explained that the reduced payment amount must have been a stupid mistake on my part and pointed out that the payment was on time and I have an excellent payment history. She said she would have the fees removed and the finance charges reset.

I didn't have any problems calling the number back and getting in touch with a real person. Don't *69 and you should get through. Talked to someone on my first try. My issue was resolved within a few minutes. This is Citibank and they just want the money you owe them. Want to get them to STOP CALLING?? Pay your bill! And stop spending money you don't have. No wonder this country is in so much debt.

citibank is the worst - any bank that got so big making so much $$$ off bad deals that they have to continue to go back to the government for a bail out doesn't deserve to stay in business.  They are being rewarded for bad management and  risky behavior yet had the audacity to harass longstanding customers who have made them millions of dollars over the years who have been hit with hard times themselves.  Pathetic.

We have been getting these calls on our home phone and our cellphones for the past 6 months now.  They start calling at 7 am and go till 9:30 in the evening.  Sometimes as many as a dozen calls a day, seven days a week.  We do not answer the calls and when the call goes to our voice mall they just hang up.  This is getting quite upsetting that this can not be stopped.
    The number is 1-816-420-4003.
Our Credit card company's database was broken into again and I was alerted via letter that they where in the process of re issuing all new cards for all of there customers again.  This is the third time in a couple of years that this has happen.  It has been so discouraging that we have decided not to accept the new cards/activate them and will do with out credit cards completely.
To make matters worse we have identity theft protection services that we pay for monthly and we still have not been notified by them of such a problem.  It truly makes us wonder why we are paying for this service through PPL and nothing is happening on there part.  It raises many questions at this point.

I think this is a credit card company like many have mentioned. The first time I received a call from 816-420-4003 there was a very long pause and then someone came on the line. If you owe them money I'm sure they will just keep on calling.

My father died April 14. These idiots have been calling ever since. This morning when they called there was a woman who sounded Indian (probably from an outsourced call center). When I informed her my father had died she coldly asked for my mother! I am so sick of these [***].   Georgia USA

I have told them I am not paying because I have filed bankrupcy and my lawyer told me not to pay anymore. I did all the paper work with my lawyer I have to go back for the final signing and then a court date will be set and they still call and call I don't answer. I have had it with them and many others.
You are right they get a bail out but we are harassed. Not no more I can't wait until I am clear from them.

Just called the number back and got a real person! They have called me several time's a day as well. They ask for the last 5 digit's of my social security number and my credit card number! Who ask's for the last 5 digit's? Didn't give it to them and they said they couldn't help me. Wanted to know if I had a credit card with a Citi logo, I said yes, but please quit calling. He said call the number on the back of my card. We have supported this country and financial system for several year's, these company's have gotten their bailout!  It's a scam no doubt, but for the person who said live within your mean's. Many of us do but, when you and your wife lose your job's and use up your savings in 6 month's let me know how that work's out for you!

These turds have been calling me on my cell phone everyday for a week, but I never answer because I don't know anyone in the 816 area code and I don't have a CitiBank credit card or any outstanding debts with any institutions.

Also receiving calls from (904)954-3073 and ignore them too.
