Repeated calls from this #.  Leaving messages to return call.  Female voice is muffled and very hard to understand.  I have not returned the call.  No negative credit history.  Calls coming about every 3 days.

I called back since they don't bother leaving a message.  Erica answered the phone & would not admit what type of business this is- gave me every vagueness possible, but I'd already looked them up, so I found her avoidance quite humorous.  

They were actually calling about a recent medical bill that to my knowledge was still being handled by my insurance company, so I told her honestly I will deal with the provider directly.

NOTE: At least this was not a low-life collector call about OLD debts way past the statute of limitations.  I despise those scumbags!

They called my 9 year old brothers phone, and did not leave a message.  If it is a debt collector why are they calling my 9 year old brothers cell phone??  When I called back the lady was very muffled and really hard to understand, so I don't know what this is but it's weird.

They call me every 3 few days, when i called back...the lady refused to verf which company she is with, just said they handle many....wanted info from me but I told her NO & I got upset because of her vagueness, she goes maybe i should call bck when i calm down! I told her to go kick rocks because they called me & not to call my phone again!

They continue to call with their pre-recorded message on my work phone, which is routed thru extentions.  I have no idea who the person is, they do not work here.  I took the time to call them back and let them know, they said they would take my number off, and didn't.  I will now have their number blocked.

They keep calling and if i answer they ask  for my son. If I don't answer they don't leave a message.

it is the city of keller ambulance bill collections dept

The name of the company is CSI and they are a Medical Collections Company

Several calls daily but no message left unknown to me will not answer

They call 4 &5 times a day never leaving a message the one time I answered they refuse to say why they were calling or who they represent

csi is a collections agency that is about collecting a debt that was suppose to have been paid by medicaid for me. I had to make 2 other phone calls just to get it settled. and for them to stop calling me. all i can say is some of this stuff is bs.

Tired of getting harresed from this person I keep telling to stop and they wont.. I ask to talk to a manager and they deny it.. so please make them stop

They keep calling about a small debt I have apparently. I have no idea what they are talking about so I called then back and got a nicer person and told them idk the person you are calling take my number off the list and never call this number again and he said ok and was very nice unlike the women who call me and like everyone says will not tell you what company it is if its collections or anything until you give them your info. They are doing there job and I feel sorry almost for hateful collection people bc I'm pretty sure it wasn't their goal in life to be a collection agent. Pretty shiddy job you know. I had a friend do it and it turned him into a miserable person. Taking people's last dime and having to lie constantly and be aggressive as hell. In an insurance agent and we do collections but not like this and people want to pay us bc they can't drive or get a house or whatever if they don't its mandatory to be current in our business. I'm so damn tired I these asshiles though. I haven't received a call back so I think doing that works Im pretty sure it's a law unless they are 100% certain it's your number if u deny it then they have to take it off

They keep calling me too, repeatedly, like 5 times in a row, I hit ignore and they call right back. So obnoxious!! From what ive heard its some kind of third party medical debt collector? I told them they have the wrong number but they still call constantly.

I received several calls from this company.  My Caller ID would display "Unknown Caller".  No one would ever leave a message.  Two days ago, we began receiving similar repetitious calls--- *7* TOTAL from yet another "Unknown Caller".  It won't leave a message either.  Same company???  I wonder..

Did not leave a message.  I called back from my work phone and some women answered Donna Wood.  I hung up since they did me that way.
