The name of the company is CSI - a Medical Collections Company.
They are very vague about discussing some business issue.
Some lady answers the phone and is slow to explain what the call was about.

I did the same and they directed me to a line that hangs up

They are third party bill collectors! Do not give these people any credit card numbers! I asked to pay cash to send the bill and they refuse! I also asked for them to wait until Friday until my payday to submit the payment and they wanted my credit card number to "hold" on to it until my payday! seriously who does that! They are hackers! I also called them back from another number and they wouldn't tell me who they were! Usually that's the first thing a normal company would do! I am very familiar with making hospital payments every month! If you're smart enough you will deal with the provider directly and find answers before giving any money to these people! Hope that helps.

They call and nobody is there when the phone is picked up, just a dial tone.    They must be using some robodialer whose only purpose is to annoy people.

There's no telling how many times I've tried to answer the phone and would only ring once or twice then hang up! I'm clueless to who this person or ppl are because no one ever leaves a message. I've called the number back to check but just as I figured, obviously not a professional business but more than likely con artists, scams,  "wanna-be pro's" because they are too lazy to get a real job and work the way God intended and to be honest, caring, kind, loving and God fearing people.

This is ridiculous!  This # has way too many complaints!!  Whatever company this is should be shut down!!!

How can they be shut diwn when no-one has reported them?  The authorities are not psychhic  Look through the posts on here.  Do you seew anyone saying they have reported them?

The same thing happened to me

Called back, they answered and said they were with credit system international and told me I had a bill in collection and if I could pay any of it today. I do know about the bill they are talking about but considering the information they had on me was so out dated I hung up.

I received calls from  this number too and when I answered they asked for my name and I asked them theirs and what company they represent but they refused to give it to me but keep demanding answer from me ,what a BS !
