I had a Jetta serviced based on 1 year instead of the normal 10k miles.  I am now around the correct milage got a letter from the local dealer about it being due yesterday then got a call from this number today so I believe this would be the case.

Thanks for the info, Beth. Instead of ignoring this number for over a year now (which, by the way, has NEVER left a message), I'll answer and ask to be taken off the list. I wouldn't want to inflict my extensive gripes with my Audi dealership against a third party call center, even if that is how you get by.

If you want your name taken off the call list, just dial the number back and it will give you the option to have your name taken off. It is a Telmarketing company trying to get you to purchase into a warranty for your car.

I live in Missouri and this number has been calling me ever since I got the letter in the mail for my 140,000 mile service on my Audi.

I also get calls from this number.  I am on a Do Not Call list and this company is in violation.

I keep getting calls from 818-725-2292.  They're in the morning when I'm sleeping so I have no idea who it is.  It just wakes me up and they hang up when my answering machine picks up.  I live in PA and have a Jetta but don't ever take it to a dealer.

Have been seeing the number on my home caller id. I had my Audi serviced about 3 weeks ago. It looks like there is a trend with the other comments made here about car services and follow up survey......

Funny.. I have had no service done to my car ever and I keep getting calls from this number.

If your company is so legitimate, why do they always hang up on us when we answer?

You say, "Dealers would like us to speak directly with the customer, so we make multiple attempts to reach the customer before leaving a message."

And yet there are numerous people on this blog, such as myself, who get dead air, then hung up on when we answer.

By the way, I am on the Government "Do Not Call" List which is run by the FTC and I have given NO ONE at ANY car dealership permission to call me, so you shouldn't be bothering me with UNSOLICITED phone calls.

Therefore, it is NOT RIGHT that I need to call YOUR COMPANY, when they are the ones who are bothering me, and have myself UNSUBSCRIBED!

I would have told you that myself, HAD YOU NOT HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I ANSWERED YOUR UNSOLICITED PHONE CALL...

By the way, if your company is so credible, why don't you leave us their name so I can report them to the Federal Trade Commission?

you stupid clown. 100 people have already told you they are a call shop calling on behalf of your local dealer. your local dealer (or anyone else you've done business with) is allowed to call you by federal law unless you ask them not to. just answer the freaking phone and tell them to take you off their list. jeeze. how hard is this to understand people? all the sun in hawaii must be baking your brains.

Jimmy-Bob, please tell us the VIN number of your car so no one ever buys it from you.

They call my home phone almost every day without leaving a message.

They called this morning and did not leave a message. Called again just now, asked for my husband. Told them he wasn't here and they just said "ok, thank you" and hung up. He bought a car last year and that's about the only connection I see with a car. It was a Volkswagon.

I am already on the DO NOT CALL list.... Just follow the law and you'll be fine.
