Got a call from this number and they keep telling me they're with Card Services to lower credit card interest rates. I spoke with a "representative" and told her to take my name and number off her list and she said "the next 2 or 3 times this number pops up, don't answer and they should remove you from the list" and then she hung up on me. This lady is full of crap!...I usually don't answer any of the multiple numbers they call from, and they still KEEP calling. I'm sick of it!

Here we go... it's yet another source number with the exact same pre-recorded crap about 'lower your credit card interest rate...'.  Whoever is behind these SCAMS just seem to move from one phone source to another.  Pisses me off as there is no 'opt-out' available nor can you call back to opt-out.
Just file a coplaint with https://www.donotcall.gov/ and sooner or later they'll stop calling.  Of course by that time we'll all be getting calls from 2 other numbers.

I get repeated calls from this number at all hours-  I would like to file a complaint
against them.

This is a fraud company, plain and simple.  They have been calling me for over a year and I keep blocking them and reporting them to the FCC.  Sick people.  They say they are a 'credit services' company.  Here are there numbers so far:

BTW, someone on another website said to blow a whistle in their ear when they answer.  I did it this time and will do it from now on when I can.

What kind of stuff is this to get a call and have them hang up and call back to hear that the number is no good.  why and how does this happen.  anybody?

SPAM!!!! Once again the "Card Services" has rolled to another number. I get at least 2 calls a week from these [***] and there is no way to get off their call list. They are rude and hang up if you ask to be removed from their call list.

Just got a call on my mobile phone and declined

I ask the name of the person to whom I am speaking. Then I scream at the top of my lungs. If they are wearing some kind of earphones or earplugs, this must hurt like hell.

bigpapar: They are not really calling from that number. There is a method whereby one can mask the number from which they are calling and replace their number with a fake number. It should be illegal.

@Steve Wilson - the whole point we use this site ifs to identify calls. I don't think anyone (especially me) gives two [***] what your political agenda may be, no matter how misinformed you may be. It's blatantly obvious.

As for the number, I received a couple calls from this number on my cell. Before that it was a different number same people. Blocking the number doesn't help because it changes.

832-377-3059 is a scammer trying to get peoples credit card numbers. When you recieve calls from this number, you are being targeted by a criminal and should make reports to law enforcement. If you are on the FCC Do Not Call Regisrty, file a copmplaint to the FCC.

832-377-3059 called my # and left no message so I tried to return the call but keep getting this message:
"The number or code you have dialed is incorrect,please check your number and try again ,message seven."
I am on the do not call list and the only new anything would be thanks to a recent purchase made with Harbor Freight who took all my info for product warranties. Just sayin'...

just got a call from this number.  they didn't leave a message.  i called back and it says "number has been disconnected"./

I get call from this number regarding lowering my interest rate on my credit cards. I am on a notional do not call list and when I try to have the person put me on their do not call list they hang up.
