- Anon Y Mouse replies to 832-377-3059If you have proof then report them to the FTC and the FCC. It would be the only way to make them stop. Posting their names here doesn't do any good.
- BruceRecording told me that it was important I get back to them to lower my credit card rates. It gave me the option to push 1 to speak to someone so I did. I wanted to ask them to remove my number from their list. The person swore at me and hung up! Now if I was looking to consolidate or lower my rates....it would NEVER be with a company like that!

- tina m. replies to MM| 1 replyThey are a call center in Atlanta Ga. You can Call them DIRECTLY at 770-293-0150<only seems to work sometimes> just keep calling back at various times and days!!
Telemarketing company named WorldWide Concepts Inc
4501 Circle 75 Pkwy SE atlanta ga
They are marketing a software program to somehow get you to lower your CC interest rates yourself
http://www.nbmsavings.com/ - Anonymous replies to tina m.If you have proof then file a complaint with the FTC and FCC. Posting information here doesn't do any good. These calls are coming from a call center in Costa Rica. They do cold calling and sell the leads to numerous companies. Tomorrow this same number may be selling Cruises or Energy Audits. Keep complaining to the FTC and FCC, and start bugging our politicians to pass laws to make it punishable in criminal court instead of handing out fines that they don't pay.
- SickOfAnnFromAccountServicesRobocall. (Spoofed) Caller ID = 832-377-3059. Unable to return call to that number. Recorded message: "Ann from Account Services." Offer to lower credit interest rates. https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx - c davis replies to Sam HobbsMy call had nothing to do with timeshares but starts out warning me about my credit card and then goes on that there is nothing wrong but they want lower my interest rates on my credit card. I was going to select 1 so they would send me to the operator so I could tell them to take me off their call list but it hung up before I got to do so. I've gotten these calls before and have reported them but they change numbers.

These calls are coming from call centers in Costa Rica and they know that what they are doing is illegal. They do cold calling for or sell the leads to numerous companies in this country. Tomorrow this same number may be selling Cruises, Timeshares or Security Systems but if you follow the money it usually ends up in the hands of an American LLC. Keep complaining to the FTC and FCC, and start bugging our politicians to pass laws to make it punishable in criminal court instead of handing out fines that they don't pay. - @robert_madison replies to TimI report them every time, but it doesn't do any good, so now I just play the game to amuse myself.
For all of you who are experiencing these calls, here's what happens when you press #1 for lower rates:
Upon pressing #1, a human being will (usually, not always) pick up and ask a series of questions:
* How much credit card debt do you carry?
* How many different cards do you have?
* What is the highest interest rate?
* Which card would you like so see if you qualify for lower rates?
* Is it close to the limit?
* What is the bank that issued the card?
* What is the phone# on the back of the card?
* What are the last 4-digits of your social security number?
* What zip code do you live in?
And finally, what is the card number?
Here's how you can have some fun!
Q: How much credit card debt do you carry?
A: A lot. Like, $15,000
Q:How many different cards do you have?
A: I think about 4 or 5
Q: What is the highest interest rate?
A: Not sure. I think it's about 15% to 18%...somewhere in that area.
Q: Which card would you like so see if you qualify for lower rates?
A: Definitely my Visa
Q: Is it close to the limit?
A: Nope. Lots of room left on it. (If you tell them it's close to the limit, they'll ask for another card. They want a card with lots of room so they have more money to spend.)
Q: What is the bank that issued the card?
A: [make something up] Fidelity Bank. Bank of Paris.
Q: What is the phone# on the back of the card?
A: 800-328-7448 (which is 800-Eat-[***]) or 413-497-0091 (which is pretty funny, if you're curious)
Q: What are the last 4-digits of your social security number?
A: 7726 (S.P.A.M.)
Q: What zip code do you live in?
A: 20500 (zip code for the White House)
Q: What is the card number?
A: 4412-9685-5237-6779 (4412 YoullBeSorry)
If I'm not in a playful mood, I tell them that they just called the wrong guy, and that I know where they work, and they damn well better look over their shoulder when they leave the building. - BJI have received calls from this number with a recording stating that they want to lower my credit card interest rates - press "1" to speak to their next rep. It will ring then hang up. I tried calling the number back and it says that this number is not in service. Stop calling my cell and wasting my minutes...Tired of this all day at work.

- PW replies to Steven NagyI will be invesigating this as it is my understanding I can brig a civil suit against the company/companies involved and can triple the 1st $500 for each additional violation and I intend to do just that. You better hope it isn't Groupwise, Inc but as I am investigating it seems you are involved.
