- Lori| 1 reply(832) 377-3059 keeps call my cell and never saying anything when I answer. Freak! This is someone's cell phone or at least that is what the reverse lookup is indicating when I did a search on it.

- LariI just got the Rachel from Credit Card Services recorded call from this number. That recorded wench has called me dozens of times. I did press 1 and get an operator and demanded again to be put on the do not call list. I tried to call the number back just to bug them daily like they do me but a recording said non working number.

- harrassed to deathThey have called over 60 times, three times today alone.
It's always Rachel or Ann from account services.
I can press 2 to discontinue, but that doesn't work.
I can yell, plead nicely, hang up, whatever, it doesn't work.
Please, before I die, let me meet these people and their kind.- Caller: TS Solutions

- Abbi(832) 377-3059- Got a call from them at 8:30pm. Reverse phone look ups say it's from out of Houston area. Didn't leave a message.
- Bettie JeanI'm in Philly and I just got a call at 9:9:39 pm. It was NOT about a timeshare. The recording said that due to the Feds lowering interest rates, I could lower my card rate to 4%. I don't have any credit cards, so I hung up. Tried to call back to do the whole "don't ever call me again" threat but it was just a fast European type of busy signal.

- GailReceived a call from this number tonight from Houston TX... it was a robo call "Ann from Account Services" to lower credit card interest rates... blah blah blah... this is your final chance, Press 1 now to speak to a representative". I pressed 1 and got someone who said he was Blyne. I asked what this Account Services is about, he asked if I was interested in lowering my credit card interest rates. I said I had a few questions to ask first, and he hung up! I get plenty of these types of calls from Gresham OR with worse treatment... Oregon reps will not even identify themselves, will not honor your request to be removed from the calling list and consistently hang up with the slew of calls I get from them. Not sure why they waste their time doing repeat harassment calls, only to consistently hang up on you!

- annoyedNow receiving call to lower my credit card rate, option to press 1 to speak with rep but no option to tell them to go away and **** themselves and put me on no call list.

- KatI just got a call from 832-377-3059. Recording identified themselves as Cardholder Services, click 1 to speak to someone about reducing my rates/fees or something.
I have told these people to stop calling me for YEARS! There is a $16,000 fine/per occurrence, by the FTC.
I have the FTC on speed dial. We will have a 3-way conversation, soon.
Also, I do not have any credit cards and haven't in over 10 years.- Caller: Cardholder Services

- WolfetteI too received a call from this number (832-377-3059) and they hung up when I answered or there was just dead space, no sound no nothing.
- ethese folks constantly call me. i do not answer phone calls from numbers that i do not recognize. i get 3-8 phone calls A DAY from Unavailable or unknown phone numbers. the usual scam is that they pretend to be offering something, but arent really. they just want you to answer your phone, so they can sell your phone number as viable to other scammers. the best thing you can do is never answer any phone number you dont recognize and turn off your ringer, or turn the phone off when not using it. even if you can them back and press 1 to be removed from their call list, you have now identified yourself as a viable phone number, to be sold.
i realize that it isnt always possible to ignore calls, esp if you have kids or business. rest assured, if it was important someone would leave a message. the scammers never do. and they arent even calling from the number listed on your caller id anyway.
so, its up to you, because the FTC doesnt give a crap, no one is going to do anything about this, and there is no other option that i can see. just lessen your stress as much as you can by not answering, assume any call that is important will leave a message and ignore it otherwise.
remember...everytime you answer, or call the number back, you give your number out to who knows how many other scamming companies. thats my 2 cents for the day.- Caller: unknown scammers
- Barbara replies to LoriI have gotten several calls from a company offering to lower my interest rates. I have also gotten the SAME calls from different numbers. I called the State Attorney General and these are most probably phishing scams wanting to get credit card numbers and/or social security numbers. There is no way to stop them, because scammers ignore do not call lists. There is also no way that anyone knows about to trace these calls to the real source. If you get ANY call soliciting identifying information, it is a scam. We need somebody to find out how to trace these. They could make a fortune.
- biden replies to Steve Wilsonwhat a dumb [***]
- LindsaySThis number calls me at least once a week (despite their promises to "not call again") to help me "lower my interest rate" on my Visa or Mastercard...but they don't know which card it is. ha! I have finally started pretending like I am interested and then end up telling them I feel bad for them because they are scammers and Karma will get them.
- Tori| 1 replyThis number has called multiple times saying that they want to decrease my credit card rate or something. I knew it was a scam because I do not have a credit card. I pushed 1 like the recorded message said to do to talk to someone. When I got put through fairly quickly, the man asked me if I was calling about lower rates and I said, no, I'm calling because I don't have a credit card and want my name taken off of your call list. He hung up on me! Obviously a scam to get your credit card info!
