Same as previous comments... calling form Fed Ex, issues delivering package, need to confirm address, middle eastern accent and sounds like he is trying to read a script.  Fake all the way around!  Call ID was labeled as Arkay

I had the same voice-mail from middle eastern man,  I don't know what to do with this.

Got the same - late night voice mail and heavy accents - pkg was to come to my boss who doesnt work out of our office - and they wouldnt tell me anything.  I called local FEDEX and they had no information on any of that.  THIS IS A SCAM.

We're a business and my administrative assistant initially covered the call..........Rude man on the other line (middle eastern accent) insisted on speaking to owner only !   He left the 833-372-5815 number and a Ref#, which was nowhere near a fed-ex "real number".............we get loads of fed-ex packages and we are in a large office building, in a major business HUB area.....NEVER a problem with our address or receiving packages.  THIS IS A SCAM >>>>>>>>>>

Caller said they had a package but address was not visible I told them not expecting a package and fed ex doesn’t normally call

Yup. NOT the real FedEx. They are still using that fake number 1-833-372-5815. We got like 6 calls on both our landline line and cell phone today. Very annoying and scary.

The FedEx Global Headquarters are located at 3610 Hacks Cross Road, Memphis, TN 38125-8800. The company's main office is also at this address. Additionally, the FedEx Logistics Global Headquarters is at 145 Lt. George W. Lee Ave., Memphis, Tennessee, United States, 38103. Let them know that this fraudster at 1-833-372-5815 are calling people about fake packages. SCAM and scary.
