Karen Griffith called on my cell phone.

This number is registered ot Primerica, the king of SLEAZY marketing practices in the financial services industry. The name in the message was Karen Griffith, the branch manager of this location.

She says she found my resume on the internet - NOT at all in the Financial Services Industry,

I'm not interested  B*TCH Selling Financial Services in this economy is like selling Ice to Eskimos.

This isn't the first time I've got telemarketing calls from their local office, in violation of being on the donotcall.gov list. This instance has been reported ther, and will be reported to the police as well.

I got a call from a Susan Shipley(?) from this number saying she got my resume off of monster and left a message to call her back. Is this a scam?

I just recieved a call from Karen Griffith.  She was doing some expanding at the Lake in the Hills office, and cam across my resume online.

i also got a phone call from karen griffith. i am currently looking for a new job an dshe said the same thing to me about finding my resume online. i wonder if i should call her back and tell her that i googled her number and found ouut that her bussiness is a scam? well glad i did this because i know that i shouldn't call her back.

I didn't answer. Karen Griffith left a voicemail saying she saw my resume online and she's doing some expansion in lake in the hills. She didn't mention being part of Primerica hmmm I wonder why? This is like the fourth time I've been solicited by these people. It's really getting annoying. I am not interested in your SALES "job".

I got a call from a Chas. Raleigh from that number. He said he got my resume from Monster, also. When I called, he said he was opening a new place soon and wants to bring someone with him. And 3 other jobs which I didnt know what they were.  He is from Lake in the Hills also. Guess I wont go to the interview on Mon. Its too far anyway. Glad I saw this!!!!!!

Still happening! Karen Griffith, 847-458-6780, same scenario about expanding her office, blah blah.  She didn't mention who she was with on the voicemail, which was a red flag, so I googled her. Thanks for the post everyone!

Same thing, received a call from Chas Raleigh at 847.458.2040 claiming he saw my resume on Monster.  Monster is notorious for these spammers, insurance groups and the dreaded Primerica.  I'll be pulling mine down and closing my account soon.

Karen said the same exact thing on my voicemail!! It seems the only companies that are calling me are the ones that want you to sell insurance!!!!!!

I got a call from Karen as well. These people are so obnoxious!

Got a call from Karen Griffiths on my work voice mail saying she is expanding her office in Lake in the Hills and someone told her I have the skills she is looking for.  The number she used to call me is one that is strictly voice mail and I use it when I place ads for the au pair service I work for.  I never give it out to anyone else and it goes directly to voicemail.

I got a call and went. There were four other poor ladies like me attending the presentation. I was crazy enough to sign up and am out of $30  for a background check fee... please dont go.

Just got the same call and I will not be calling Karen back.

Karen Griffith just called me at 11:20am today, January 13th. I suspected a scam when she wouldn't say what co. she was with, just that she found my resume online and that I have many of the skills she's looking for...

Oh really? I'm a graphic designer, lady!

Glad to see that her info. and M.O. was online! Maybe I should call her back and ask if she's looking for a graphic designer?

I received the same voicemail message several times.  
Karen Griffith, she came across my resume online and I have the skills she is looking for, as she is expanding her office located in Lake in the Hills, blah, blah, blah.

I am in the IT field - technical support.  I will not be calling her back, as I would starve to death if I ever had a job that involved SALES.  I cannot sell anything and wouldn't want to try. IGNORE THESE CALLS!

Looks like she has been hiring for a long time! I just received a call today from Karen.  LITH office is still expanding.  it must be huge by now.

Got a call from Karen Griffith @ this number...she left me a vm and said I had skills and to call her back about a job.  Thanks for the heads up....so glad I looked here first.

Karen Griffith said my name was given to herby someone who said I had the right skill set. Mentioned that she is expanding her office in lake in the hills.
