Simon Courtney-worthy - Report to police| 2 repliesI got one from teo cheng, it's all quite amusing except that a criminal knows my home address! Shame, 14.7M is such a nice sum!
Gonna email chiyu and Dalian and give letter to police, hopefully these people WILL be caught. If not karma or God will sort them out.
Hell, if Dalian and chiyu want to give me 14.7 mil I'll find them myself!! - JerseyCrapaudI received a letter from a McCallum Ma, saying that I was due an inheritence from someone who just happened to share my surname. The grammar, spelling and general character of the letter made it obvious to me that scam. When requested, I gave him my full name, address and phone details, albeit all false, and decided it would be a good idea to lead him on, by prolonging the story about my wishing to fly out to him so that we can arrange the payment of the "inheritence" as a team, as well the more I can waste his time with quite lengthy responses, the less time he is spending focusing on another less savvy person. If you decide to lead them or hustle them, just be careful not to disclose any personal information or transfer any funds whatsoever..
- bisi recieved the same letter im so glad i looked at this site i had questioned him about a review on dalian bank website about a mr john leaving an inheritance to someone hes not replied the person contacting me was shun zen
- JoannaJust received this extremely badly photocopied letter, but mine is from Mr Teo Cheng. If it wasn't so serious, it would be laughable - quote: "I know this might be a bit heavy for you but please trust me on this".
Take the letter to the police, trading standards office or the Direct Marketing Association.
Keep the envelope as they may be able to trace where it was sent from.- Caller: Teo Cheng
- +85281974465Same letter from Boa Dishi business relation manager in Bank of Chiyu in Hong Kong 18.9 millions.
This time I had the same surname as someone but this person had an accident in China so he died intestate and I will be the beneficiary of these funds. How nice....... I have to reply to him just by mail bao.dishi@yahoo.com- Caller: LETTER

- Steve |Stillman-HurstRecieved letter through post to my home address.
The 85281703961 at the top of a badly worded letter ($14.7M etc) from Mr Teo Cheng
Most people aren't stupid enough to fall for this ... unfortunatley there are enough vunerable people out there to make it worthwhile for these scumbags.... give me 10 minutes in a locked room with "Teo" .. he wouldn't be sending any more of this [***] to people - BreezemountMy father got a letter from the same number on it +85281703961, his Name was Jin Wang jinwang54@ymail.com and it stated in badly worded English that we were entitled to $14.7 million from a guy who just happened to die intestate in China with the same name as ourselves. Lucky I am a businessman that has experience in dealing with Banks in China, and warned my father against replying. But what happens to those people who think its real?!?
Who do I contact to give this letter to, to help clamp down on it, Interpol/China police/the Banks in question, these people must be stopped.- Caller: +85281703961

I will not be calling, faxing or e-mailing thanks to your pages!!
- njmodo| 1 replymine was from Leo Chan - Jackie's nephew no doubt. Or Charlie's grandson.
- Sue replies to njmodoI've just got one fom Mr Lee Shun, again someone of the same surname died a year ago, my surname is a little unusual and the christian name of the deceased is the same as my brother's - bit uncanny... of course it's all the same format as the countless emails one receives from 'wherever' - this was posted in the UK yesterday but the letter is dated January....
- jonReceived the same letter from a jin wang(chiyu bank) seems to good and clearly reading your pages it was, the email was jinwang54@ymail,com. THANK YOU to everybody for posting the comments and know now to bin it.
- Caller: jin wang (e-mailed me)
- JoI received the exact same letter from Teo Cheng and stupidly hoped it was true but now that I've googled it and found out all this info, there's no way I'll be taken in by it!! These scammers should be locked up as I'm sure they are fooling a lot of vulnerable people.
Is it worthwhile taking the letter to the police though??
Thanks for putting this scam up!!
