me 2 i cant find any numbers that work, the worst is i never used my own card i used my partner card and then have took al his money out, so please if u find a number cud u post it so i can ring them and stop it thanks

Just called 08000119528 uk line for customer service. although i had to tell them several times i did not want them charging my account they finally done this. if your nice but firm on the person on the other end of the line they will sort it and give u a cancellation number, will be keeping a close eye on my account just incase they do.. hope everyone else gets there sorted.. x

If you want to cancel the only way is to get your card completely cancelled. Phone your bank and tell them what has happened and they will cancel your card and send you another one.  A bit inconvenient but worth it.  I have just done it.

Cancel your debit or credit card, whichever you used, you will be lucky to get thru on the number as it rings and rings and if they answer they disconnect.  I have just cancelled by card thru my bank and they are going to send me another one.  they advised me to do this as they said they see scam all the time.

Joanne tell your partner and cancel his card this is the only way.  I have just phoned my bank and they suggested that I cancel the card and they will send me another one.  This is the only you will be sure they will not take any further money from you.  Phone as soon as you see this message.

Abarber - the only way is to cancel your debit or credit card and the bank will issue you with another one. I know it is inconvenient but the only way, my bank advised me to do this which I did about 30 mins ago. If you do not cancel your card they will keep on taking money.  $79 for each product.  You are supposed to cancel within the 14 days of placing your order but to get thru to them is a trial.  Cancel your card anyway.  really this is the best way.  Sorry you have been scammed - I ordered today 25th May then looked at the terms & conditions and acted on it straight away and phoned my bank and they said it was to cancel my card.  They said if you do not cancel your card they can keep on taking money the bank cannot stop it.  Hope you get on o.k. try and let me know

The only way is to cancel your card.  The bank 30 mins ago told me this.  The cashier on the other end of the line told me she was scammed herself last year and the only way to get out of it is to cancel your card and they will send you another one.  Really this is the only way.

Report to your bank and tell them you wantyour card cancelled and be issued with a new one.  This is the only sure way you will not lose any further money. Good luck

This is to anyone who wants to cancel.  I have cancelled the card I used to ensure no further monies can ever be taken out.  I also sent an email to support@naturalcleansesupport.com give your order number for both and ensure you tell them that it is for the liposlim and naturalslim.  I have just received a reply to my emails confirming they will not take any further money.  To be sure I have also cancelled by card as advised by my bank.  they tell me that people all the time crying over the phone as they keep taking money.  the only way is to cancel your card and wait for a new one - a bit inconvenient but inconvenience is better than being charged.  When I ordered it was actually about 5 mins after they started taking my money.  When I phoned my bank they had only taken one lot but I do not trust these people as it is definitely a scam.  Since this I have done my investigations and there are a lot of side effects with this medication so I am glad I cancelled. Hi I too ordered the free trial of this product, luckily though, I read the terms and conditions, but they only give you them after you give your details and order the free trial. I then have spent the last week trying to find a number that works from the UK. These comments were very helpful, thank you all. I phoned and was very insistent about cancelling my subscription and all future charges. They tried to extend my free trial and then they tried to offer me a discounted price, but I insisted they cancelled it and give me a confirmation e-mail and code, which I have got both of.

I cancelled mine by email. Got their reply confirming cancellation but they still took my two payments of £2.97 (I cancelled my trial order within 10 mins of signing up as found at scam). I phoned my bank and they said to cancel credit card as they will still try and get money as they put in for the two £2.97 as soon as I ordered, within minutes.  When I have just looked at my credit card account on line they still have recurrent payments so they can still take your money even if you tell them to cancel.  repeat the only way to cancel, by advise from my bank as one of their staff was caught in the same scam, is to cancel your credt card.  A bit inconvenient but worth it.  If you do not check on your credit card account if it has the word recurrent after their wording, if so theywill still take your money even if you cancel by phone.  I do not think phoning and getting their so called word for it is good enough they can say you did not ring.  Please check.

I ordered my free trial on Tuesday morning (through an ad that was posted onto my Facebook wall!). Went through the payment section and only after I'd clicked through did I notice the terms and conditions! Thanks everyone on this forum as I called the company from a UK landline this morning (Thurs) at 9.25 on the number 08000119528 and got straight through. I just told the woman that I no longer wanted it, she did try and give me 50% off next time but I just said no. She gave me a cancellation number and I got an email confirmation through too. The email says that "any ongoing and all future charges have been cancelled".
They have billed me £2.97 so I wonder if the free trial will still appear in the post. I asked the woman on the phone of I'd need to send it back and she said no, but I'm not going to open it anyway just in case. I can't believe something like this popped up as a sponsored link on my Facebook wall!
