No I only ordered the Liposlim. After seeing the terms and conditions I stopped there. I'm not sure of you'd need to call another number for the Natural cleanse. Mite be worth asking when u ring? Or does anyone else know of they're the same company? Good luck! X

I stupidly ordered both of them and then read the terms and conditions. So I phoned the number above and they tried to offer me different things but I said kept saying no and they eventually got the hint. They cancelled both of them. This has defo opened my eyes....

So glad I saw this forum and all the complaints.  I too fell for the free trial offer, no money has been taken from my account as yet appart from the shipping. I haven't recieved the goods yet either, but I have contacted my bank and put a stop on them trying to take anymore,  I have also contacted lipo slim from the uk using this number 08000119528 and told them to cancel my account pronto as I didn't sign up to a subscription, they were very reluctant and tried to extend the trial period, then offer 50% discount etc but be firm and get it cancelled, I recieved my cancellation email almost immediately so hopefully i won't have any more to report . Lesdon def learnt by me, if it sounds and looks too good to be true  it definatly is, will def be reading the small print on everything from now on,  good luck everyone, hope you all get sorted too

I too have been sucked into this. I ordered both thinking that it was a bargain! To then find all these reviews and what not about how it's a scam, not impressed!

First of all I rang them on 0800 011 9528, it takes a while to get through, but if you want to cancel keep trying... If you ring from a mobile take off the first zero as it is a free phone number.
Then, when you get through to them they will ask for your name etc. You MUST be stern with them and stand your ground, they try to offer you a different product and after saying no, they tell you they'll extend your trial period. Again, after saying no they offered a 50% discount, just stand your ground and tell them that you want to cancel it and that's your final word.
They cancelled mine, and REMEMBER to get a reference code!

Afterwards I decided to ring my bank, I explained what had happened and told them that I wanted to cancel my card... They told me that it would not do any good just cancelling the card as they already have the details and can still go into the account to take out money. Your bank needs to CANCEL the subscription on their side! They MUST do this or they can still attempt to try and take money from you. I just did this with my bank and the man, who was extremely helpful, said that if they are to take any money, it will be refunded as the BANK have now cancelled it on their side.. They have to fill TWO different forms in though, as the two supplements come under two names. Please be sure they do this for you or you could still be charged..

I ordered these products and like many others i had £79.99x2 taken from my account was only made aware when the bank contacted this morning. I have contacted liposlim and cancelled any further transactions managed to get through on the number posted on here. I have been given a cancellation code so will contact the bank about getting the money refunded not holding my breath though.

I too have been taken in by this scam. In the terms and conditions it states that you must cancel the subscription before your free trial ends. I am within my time limit but am still expecting to be charged. They have a charge waiting over my bank account. I have notified my bank and they say they will dispute any payments taken. I too can't find any details for this company. I have replied to emails but can't find a phone number to give them a piece of my mind. If anyone can find any details please let me know. Also has anyone actually received their money back? I am so angry!

I have just phoned the 0800 number and was told they would knock 50% off my products. I told them that I had to go to the doctors because of their products and the manager made a swift u turn and offered me a full refund and a cancellation of any more charges being taken from my account. Whether this actually happens remains to be seen!

I ordered the product last night then saw all the reviews this morning claiming it was a scam so cancelled my card with the bank, at least that way they cannot take any money off me! I tried calling them to cancel my shipment but like the others could not get through so I emailed their customer support, that way I have proof that I requested cancellation of the product within the 14 day period!!!

I got through to an American speaking lady who tried to offer me a discount
And when I told her I was pregnant asked if anyone else in the house could use the tablets!!
She then said that future transactions would be canced and gave ma
A cancellation code.
I asked would I be billed for any further payments and she said n.
I just hope that I dont as like many on this site have children to feed and that amount
Of money is just not justifiable to spend on my self.

I just called the cancellation number and after much arguing I've accepted a fee £120.00 refund and kept the product which I should use really as I have IBS. I've lost £12.00 but that'll teach me not to fall for that scam again.

I just called to cancel within the 21 days trial period asking for a full refund and conceeded to accept £120.00 and to keep products. I guessed the call was costing me an arm and a leg as it was. I then contacted the bank who have blocked automatic debits on both items and refunded me the £30  charges for exceeding my overdraft. All in all, I feel like a first class fool.  Thank you for the number to call and giving me the confidence to fight to sort it which is so out of character for me.

Does anyone know the number to call if you are from the UK to cancel Lipo slim,it is not letting me connect to the American number??!!

Just a question. I rang them last night and they said they would cancel, has anyone been successful and no further monet been taken? I have also cancelled with my bank, but they said as its a subscription they may still be able to. Which i thought the whole point of ringing the bank is for them to put a block onto it :/

I called 08000119528. Initially they tried to fob me off saying in the small print it said they would debit my bank account if I did not cancel my account and I had ticked the  box to say I agreed with the T&C. I persisted that i was a deliberate attempt at conning the public and there were many reports on the internet saying the same thing. The call handler asked me to hold the line and returned saying she had been authorised to refund me 5-%. Yeah right! I demanded a full refund and after "hold the line one moment" she was authorised to give me a full refund and cancel my account! I have a cancellation code and money should be back in my bank within 3-5 working days.Heres hoping.
Please spread the word about this company.
