I called 08000119528. Initially they tried to fob me off saying in the small print it said they would debit my bank account if I did not cancel my account and I had ticked the  box to say I agreed with the T&C. I persisted that i was a deliberate attempt at conning the public and there were many reports on the internet saying the same thing. The call handler asked me to hold the line and returned saying she had been authorised to refund me 5-%. Yeah right! I demanded a full refund and after "hold the line one moment" she was authorised to give me a full refund and cancel my account! Money should be back in my bank within 3-5 working days.Heres hoping. Please spread the word about this company.

I have just recieved my £120 refund.  It seems they refund an amount based on how firm you are. My bank did reassure me that no further payments would go out.  Now I have the bottlee, tue irony isvthat they are produced in the UK.

I've since found that Holland and Barret sell green coffee extract and a colon clense.

UK freephone no. 0800 011 9520. I phoned about 11am and they offered to give me half my money back but I insisted that I got it all. I'll wait and see in the next five days?

I've just been done over by the same company they helped themselves to two lots of 79.99 out of my account only way to stop them is to change your card details and I'm not a happy bunny it's gonna cost too much to try and get my money back I won't fall for this kind of thing again people beware tell all your friends about this company as the banks can only change your card details and this is not enough security I've told the bank they wanna watch this company in the UK banks won't refund you and I suppose why should they but they have the power to stop this company I hope they do

I got caught by this too seen it on facebook free trial and advised to take the naturalcleanse also on a free trial
they took the £2.97 each for P&P, then later took 79.98 and 79.99. i called my bank immediately and told them i did not give this company authorization to take this also i had not been sent any more tablets as i would not have accepted them as the trial tablets made me ill and i had to stop them so my bank setup a dispute with the company but also told me to contact the company the number: 08000119528 worked, told the lady exactly what id told my bank and she said she would cancel and refund the money. they seemed very reluctant for the bank to proceed with the dispute. i still don't trust them but the bank is keeping track  on my account and will not allow further payments to this company.

Reported them to facebook as a scam and said they should remove their page which looks like they have, Also ya can report them to trading standards thats what my bank advised me to do.

yes snap i got a free trail then i come of my hols to find tablets waiting and i got credit card bill in i was billed for 247.88 usd not amused at all i contact them by email no reply at all from them and i will be sending tabs back and asking for a full refund i have been intouch  with credit card people they have stopped all payments now but told me to send all products back to them and demand a full refund and them take it from there just not amused disgusted that a company have violated me by just helping themselvrs to money that  is not theirs to have

It was for Lipo Slim and Natural Cleanse I was talking about not Happy Bunny at all will be when I get a full refund.

I have been mislead to , money taken from my bank . I recieved another parcel with lipo slim tablets in them . I contacted the company on a 0800 num on a few occasions . I returned the tablets at  a£ 8.30  price tag . They promiced to refund my £ 79.30 they took from my account . Still no refund called again said they could not put it into my account because I cancelled the payments and that they would send me a cheque mean while I recieved amother packet of tablets called again told them I could not afford to send these back and that my subscription was cancelled . Still no cheque . And now the number I called them  on is not being recognised .where do you go from here . They r makimg alot of money out of people and needs to stop .

Call either of these 2 08000119528 and 08000119520 . I tried a number I got for them and talkef to them on it now its not recognised but tried these 2 and got through x

I've been trying to get a refund out of these now for 3 months. They have cancelled and sent me a refund notice for half the amount but I have not received the funds. Every time I call I am told different things regarding this. Initially the money was going to be in my account within 3 working days, this turned into 28 working days, 60 working days and then I was told someone would call me about it.... still no phonecall.
What should I do?
