Caller left a VM for a Steven Huang regarding a business matter that had escalated into her office (caller) and she’s forced to make a decision for said ‘steven’ if he doesn’t call back.
Like biiiiiitch I don’t know a Steven huang. [***] begone!

I just got a call from 855-334-4198 /Now look at the extension number ! 1326587 :-) telling me if I don't call back, it will be very bad for me! Should report them to the authorities! I think it is federal offense calling cross the country to make a  threat.

We received threatening messages from this number at 5:00 in the morning 4 days in a row so far. The number is 855 334 4198, extension 1306025 for Mr. Pastrana, or 1306001 for Mrs. Adams from Comenity Bank.  They are asking for a person who does not live here and we have had this number for 20 years.  They claim it is for an urgent matter but will not leave any details. I will not call them back

I receive several calls a day through my google voice number. They are calling to talk to a person I do not have any relationship with. When I try to answer they hang up and leave a message to call another number.

Called for a person not at my house.  Claimed to be from Comenity Bank.  Did not engage with him, but asked him not to call again.  He was threatening legal action for something.  Said his name was Mr. Collick.

Caller left a voicemail for my dad who hasn’t had this number in years claiming to be someone from Comedity Bank with an urgent matter. I googled and found this site. Glad I didn’t direct him to return the call.

They called looking for Ethan. I know of no Ethan. From Community Bank. Same scammer as above. Different extension number.  I will not call back. Had no caller ID on phone so I can't block the number. Ugh!

Multiple calls.  Claims to be Commenity Capital Bank, Miss Knoll at x1306055.  Pushed for me to give my birthdate.  I refused and insisted I have not done business with them ever or purchased from Pink or Home Shopping Network.  I asked for information, but she would not give me any more.  I asked her to stop calling.

Scam. Trying to get info out of me.

Caller displayed 999-111-0001, left a message asking if I have a legal representative, and suggested to me to call back (855) 334-4198 x1266287 if I don't have legal representation. Very vague on what the issue was, only to say if I don't call back, they will assume I don't have any intention to settle the issue (???what issue???), and will advise the bank (presumably Comenity Bank) to take further action. They had been calling me daily for months with different numbers, either with robo calls or apparently live persons. Have never told me what the real issue was. It definitely is a scam since I don't have anything to do with this bank.

Received 2 calls from a Mrs. 'name I could not understand', asking for someone I don't know. Said she needed to discuss personal business and to call her back. If this person listened to my voicemail message she'd realize the number she is calling is not the person she's looking for. Pretty sure debt collector fishing around for the person who owes them money, and call random people hoping to get someone's help.Don't call them back if you don't know who they are.

Same thing as above, very threatening, they did to get a real job.

I will not give them the satisfaction of calling them back, partly because it will not be a pleasant conversation.

I just received the same call by the same person asking for my ex husband in the voicemail. I just got my new number 6 months ago, and I've been divorced for 10years. Knew it is a scam the second I heard it. How do I report this?

I have received several calls from different "collectors" who say they are with this Comenity Bank??. I have never heard of them. They are from Ohio according to caller ID and I have never lived there.  I have told them numerous times to stop calling me or I will report them.

This number sent me a text saying my student loan was forgiven...yeah right!    I won't be planning on this or even calling them back.  Also, "Mary" gave another number to call back ...877-908-8145

Got a message from a person named "Renee" stating I had until 4 PM to call her and resolve this "urgent matter," before they escalate this to the next level. Had a name that was my middle name, my husband's middle name, my maiden name.
