The same thing happened to me. I ended up going to Ashford University as well. My representative/counselor was so nice as well.

Thank GOD I gave a Google Voice number that doesn't any where when making that request.  These vultures never stop and they just pass your number around like candy.  Get a Google Voice number and use that for non personal purposes.

Save the number in your contacts, so you know it's them when you call.  The answer it saying, "POLICE DEPARTMENT, What's your emergency!"

You won't hear from them again!

If you receive any calls from so called "Ashford University" think twice. Just Google up "Ashford University Scam" and you judge them yourself.

The school does not do cold calling. If they are calling you it is because "someone" requested information

Yes, I know this is in caps, but the easiest way to get rid of unwanted solicitors is to answer the call (very important) and politely tell the representative that you don't want any more calls. You're dealing with an automatic phone dialer that doesn't care if you don't answer or hang up! I used to maintain one of these machines. Get a human on the phone and tell them politely to stop calling!

i keep gettin calls 4rm all these #s including the one above. and if i dont know i wont answer. I was thinking of school until westwood and ashford university kept calling me. One of the guys that worked there asked if i had a grlfriend. I thnk he was flirting with me. I think i will tell dem to stop calling me. Its annoying. XP

I thought these were unsolicited calls but I realized I DID request information on going to school. I just did not realize that so many schools would call at once

Annoying phone calls at all hours of the day from this number! I DID NOT request info on ANY schools...but they keep calling! Sooooooooooo Annoying!
