Received a call from this number to my cell.  Answered because I'm currently job hunting; wanted to access my computer security protocols.  Told them to get rekt. SPAM

Caller said to go to my Windows Computer and hit the Windows button and the ctrl button at same time then hit the r key and tell him what it says on my computer.  He said he has all numbers from windows user and windows offered to let him make calls and fix problems with window.  (without leaving my chair I said ok)  He asked what it said.  I told him (lying of course)  that it asked me for my FBI credentials.  He said huh.  Yep that's what it said.  I have a computer science degree and knew this was a scam.  He eventually hung up on me.  I had fun with him for a bit.  I even asked if I could call him right back.

Just called meon my cell,I did not answer,I looked it up here,Im glad I did.Scum bags

Got a call from 860 951 7532 said they were with Microsoft Geek Technical Support. They wanted to give me an IP address 14.141.175 then an assess code that would allow them control of my computer. When I told them I was checking them out on the internet they hung up.

I received a call from Jenny whom requested that I perform a "windows key +R" function on my laptop to get the license number.  She claimed that my computer notified them that the Windows operating system had been hacked and she was going to fix the problem.  I requested as to how my computer notified her and she again claimed that they worked on behalf of Windows/Microsoft to take care of these issues.  I ran "Jenny" through the gammit of acting stupid as to how to perform "windows key +R" she got extremely frustrated with me and transferred me to her supervisor "Dexter Gray".  Dexter, with his dashing English accent speaking faster than lighting, immediately jumped into telling me to perform the same function of which again I acted stupid and questioned as to how he obtained my cell phone number of which he had no response.  Dexter was getting VERY perturbed with me, maybe he honors the "time is money" philosophy as I do, so again he gave the same song and dance "were contracted to repair these problems, there are many companies that do this for them, we are just trying to help you" as Jenny gave and immediately rambled "you just need to push the windows key +r".  However, as I ran Jenny and Dexter through the "I don't understand which keys, now where is that key, and now again how did you get my number if I didn't call you for a repair?, and by the way Dexter I'm confused at this point as I just googled "860-951-7532" while we are talking and there are numerous fraud reports and cyber crime warnings", Dexter said those were inaccurate.  Dexter made the fatal error--he allowed me to walk him to his fate, he yelled "there are a lot of companies that do PC troubleshooting, your cell number is in databases, that's how we make money, and it's not cyber crime because we do not charge you for the troubleshooting".  At this moment Dexter revealed exactly why he called and how he called.   After Dexter's rambling hissy on the phone I let him know that I had recorded the call and asked him if there was anything that he would like to say directly to the Attorney General of the United States while on his recording.  Dexter hung up on  me.  Now that was just rude!

Got a call to my cell phone from this number. The caller didn't leave a message. Number blocked now.

The scamers called my cell yesterday,today they called my land phone.I didn't answer,they left no message.

SCAM. Man with foreign accent called on 1/7/16 and said our computers were at risk.  Called also on 12/23/15 but did not leave a message.  Caller ID indicates Hartford, CT.

Call from a call center (lots of voices in the background.) I hung up after the guy introduced himself as Jason, but didn't immediately give a company name. Australian accent, but Hartford CT number. Scammer, no doubt.

Just got a call, silent so I asked who is it?!? Said "technical support" I said whaaa? He said it's about your girlfriend, and her broke @$&&%

Called my cell several times claiming to be from Windows support

Claiming they work for windows and everyone has viruses

Called my cell while I am work. Said he was tech support said i had a problem with Internet and firewall was down.

Same as with other posters.  Caller claimed to be technical support responding to a problem with my computer.  Indian accent, denied it was a scam.  30 seconds of my life taken up by this loser.

This call does not come from CT. It came though Internet via a CT local number.

This is what happened to me. I pretend to be interested. He tried to get me to tell him my computer IP address and tricked me to run Virtual Login for him to log into my computer. I got him on the phone for 20 minutes. Asked multiple times to him to repeat his answers.

At the same time, I am on Internet searching for the numbers and I found many people received this call. I also emailed FBI to record this event. After 20 minutes, I told him that I know he is trying to scam me and in the past 20 minutes I have searched his location and informed the local police. He hung up very quickly.

These people are not telemarketer. They tried to break into your computer or phone to kidnap your data.

Got a call from this number , 860-951-7532. He wanted to fix my Computer. He was telling that i had a verse on my computer called CSRSS.EXE . all computer have this fill in them. If you are not sure Search you computer for  CSRSS.EXE, when you see the file right click on the file then chose properties. then click on the Details tab. You should see the Description. Look for Product name: should say Microsoft

I got a call and he wanted to fix the computer. He wanted to help me.He asked me if I knew how to open the run window. I told him I do and he did not know what to do and hung up. These Idiots don't even know how to scam properly. Just Stupid !

This number calls 2x daily for the past week.  Leaves no message. Now on my reject list.

Same old foreigner calling about fixing a computer.  Probably from India or Pakistan.
