866-274-2538

hey my friend keeps getting messages as pics and he dont get pics so yes the number is cricket but how do you find out who is trying to send pics?

Cricket phone is sending these messages out.  No one has my number except cricket... some how it's tied to facebook and this is what we get for being so visible on the web.  Might as well wear a sign that says, "spammers welcome" and "I'm a sucker that believes in privacy... NOT"

866 274 2538 is reported to be Cricket.  Take the problem to them.

i wish they would stop freaking calling me

Call Cricket 800-274-2538 (That's 800-CRICKET)  Choose the "Technical Issues" option.  Tell them you want the text messages that come from 866CRICKET to stop.  They will take care of it.

I just called them, and I also asked if I could make that change from mycricket.com, but was told that you have to call 800-CRICKET.  The "multi-media" message is really just a very long text message that won't fit the text-package for my phone.

I hope this works, because like many of you, we were tired of getting these messages in the middle of the night!

ACTUALLY found what works -- Text back and say "Stop.  Remove this number from your list."  It worked for me.

Its Crickets way of getting you to spend more money and get their multi-media feature. Screw them! They cost too damned much money as it is. I think I'm going to switch...

recently our account was vandalized by this phone number by taking funds from a corporate credit card account ,lucky our bank caught this and stopped it but trying to resolve this is almost impossible

whoever is responsible keep sending me multimedia messages. they won't identify themselves. i want this to stop...

This  number  keeps sending me multi media texts  I cant recieve I want this number to stop this and leave me alone. It is anoying and I want my number off their listing

THE NUMBER IS CRICKET trying to send you a picture message from someone who thinks you have picture messaging. cricket isn't trying to send you a picture, its just the standard message you get from them (phone carrier) if the message is not going through. its not the actual number that is sending you the message, so getting mad at cricket won't do anything. someone is trying to send you a picture message. not cricket. I recently switched to not receieve any pic messages and now I get this message whenever people try to send me pics.

Received an "award notification" in the mail from "American Airways" stating we need to call 866-274-6381 to redeem our voucher.

Interesting. I Just now tried to post a picture to my twitter account by attaching it to a text message (SMS/MMS). Apparently it failed, as suddenly I'm getting texts from this number stating "Invalid Phone Number"

I use a Sprint phone flashed onto cricKet.

This is also a cricket billing SMS number, as I receive monthly texts from them with my bill.

So, this number is from cricKet, and can be activated if your phone tried to send a picture.

Hope this helps!

who is this do I no u  well this nuber keep sending me picture can u please  stop texting me an sending me picture if I dontno u

On August 15 , 2013 at 1;23pm this # send me at text , Asking for me to make sure to ad a 10 11 digit number when resending; 2887854. I am not familiar with any of this numbers.

I do not want this phone to contact me any more.

I'm tired in getting the text .. who can you report this too, I can't except pics ... I just text and calls and that's it..

When I send longer text messages, my cricket phone converts them to picture text (multimedia), then I receive a text message a moment later from the number above, stating:
Invalid phone number. Please be sure to enter a 10 or 11 digit number when resending: 373332724

keep getting multimedia messages from this number i do not get pictures.

Why is Cricket so [***] as to send multimedia text messages to their own customers who can't receive multimedia text messages when they know those people don't have that plan on their phone?
