IT IS SIRIUS Radio - I had several radios with them.
cancelled 2 of them as I am not traveling in my car as much and have a portable radio I move from
the house to my car. I have told them 3 times to remove my number from the call  list.
They say it takes several WEEKS to remove.

Sirius is the worst company to deal with.  I can't believe they are able to stay in business with how they treat customers.  Their tactic is to wear you down until you give up and pay the bill for a subscription that you did not request.  If you manage to get that bill cancelled they send you a cancellation notice even though you never requested the service in the first place.  So you call again and they say they understand and it's been taken off your account and then, lo and behold, what ends up in the mail?  Another bill for a new subscription again!  It's like the process starts all over again.  What they say on the phone and what results are two very different things.  That's how they do business.  Moreover, they do not like to give you email confirmation nor correspond through email since then you have something in writing.  It wasn't until after we wrote a lengthy email to complain, documenting everything that had happened to us and threatening a class action law suit, that we got anywhere.  At that point we got to deal with one person both by phone and email who assured us that our account was closed and we would receive no more bills in the mail.  However, they continue to call from that 866 number.  And, yes, that other number, 888-440-6342, that will supposedly remove you from their call list no longer works.

I can't believe they keep calling!

A few months back I called Sirius to cancel my subscription.  They offered me 6 free months, so of course I took advantage!  Once the 6 months was up, I called to cancel.  I did not have any problems having them cancel my subscription.  They did so right away.  However, now I'm getting the phone calls twice a day from them.  Its more annoying than anything!  They are seriously going to lose my business if they do not stop.

I cancelled my subscription with Sirius a few months ago.  I continually get calls (almost daily) offering 3 months free to 5 months at $5 per month.  I have asked them twice now to stop calling me.  What do I do to make it stop.  This is bordering on harassment.

It's Sirius ... legit.  They promised me repeatedly the calls would stop, and they lied over and over because the calls continue.  Don't know what "genius" they have running that place who thinks people being harassed are ever going to do business with them.  What they are doing is not legal.  Spread the word...everyone who gets these calls should immediately begin reporting them to the "do not call registry" and to the FCC.

same here - i returned a leased vehicle so i told them to not renew - which they did -- as precaution i cancel and changed my credit card info so they wont try anything ... also my cell has autoreject feature ... these people are unbelievable, i check my cell log and there it is - their # multiple times ... SIRIUS-LY they are scumbags!

This # 866-301-7344 is sirius sat radio,they call me twice a day mon thru sat they want me to renew my radio subscription....I think not, I did block there calls from coming in :))))

Yesterday; they called me and I did NOT answer. I received annoying callas; I blocked some of them, how can I stop those calls?

I have told this compamy to stop calling at least 3 to 4 times.
They just wouldn't stop.

This is Sirius calling my cell phone several times even after I said I did not want to renew. Soon after I got a call from another number. I did not pick up and there was no message. I wonder if it was them again.

I have my number on the THE NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY and This person constantly calls me and hangs up as I screen calls.

I get calls from these number, when I answer there is no one on the other end. I checked on internet and I get message (this is not a valid phone number.

I dont actually think this is Sirius satellite radio. It seems like a bunch of people who want to destroy Sirius' reputation as well as get some credit card info. I think this is a third party caller. Sirius's number is actually 1-866-635-2349! Plus, wouldnt a large company like that identify themselves or leave a message?

I find it interesting that "Summer" called the FCC about this abuse in August of 2008 and we are STILL getting these harassing phone calls.  I have put them on my Do Not Call registry and called the 888-440-6342 number.  If they keep calling after that, I'm calling the car dealership iwhere I bought my new car and I'm telling them I'll never buy another car from them again if they don't do something.  Since Sirrius was in my car 'for free', and I never used it and DON'T WANT IT, the car dealerships should allow you to opt out of getting it BEFORE you buy the car.  If I had known I was going to be harrassed by Serius like this, I would have made sure that happened, or gone somewhere else to buy a car withOUT the Sirius option.  If this is NOT Sirius, they need to do something about this, because this is causing "SERIOUS" damage to their company's reputation!

I have been receiving calls from this number as well as another, I have filed a complaint with the FCC but to this point it has not worked either. I failed to mention that my free period that was given to me when I purchased has run out and I have not nor will I ever subscribe to a company such as this. Try to call this number mentioned for the Do Not Call list but I received a message that the number was currently unavailable. What a way to try a get customers, I will never do business with them again
