Report a phone call from 866-301-7344 and help to identify who and why is calling from this number.
- Frank replies to Ergh...Sorry, dude but this really is Sirius, my Mom got bullied by them into renewing her subscription and it really did reactivate her radio, so it is them.
I miss Sat. Radio but I refuse to put up with this kind of crap, they are as greedy and scammy as a sales company, maybe even worse. - BhamsterTried the 888 number given to opt-out but that number doesn't work anymore. I called the 866 number and chose option #2 to speak to a customer service rep. "Reggie" took my name, address, and phone number and said he has put me on a "Do Not Call" list. Said I might receive calls for the next couple of days but they'll stop after that. We'll see.

- PatrickI have a Sirius Radio in my car and my father used to have one in his car (they were both registered to my account but only mine was currently active).
I recently had my credit card replaced and I didn't realized their reoccurring monthly payment had not gone through. I received one phone call from this number, googled it, and realized it was Sirius likely seeking my updated card information.
I immediately went online and paid my bill but the calls just kept coming... several times a day and never leaving a voicemail. It was super frustrating. Did it really take that long for them to realize I had paid my bill?
I never answered the phone but figured, "Maybe they think I still have that other radio and want me to reactivate it? Trying to sell me more services?"
I deleted that radio from my account and checked "vehicle sold" but the calls continued... 3-4 times a day.
Finally, I took someone's advice about deleting my phone number in my sirius account. It wouldn't let me delete the number so I just "updated" my number to "888 888-8888".
The calls immediately stopped.- Caller: Sirius
- Rikso I just "updated" my number to "888 888-8888"...........good move Patrick.
If anybody has charges against their account that they did not authorize, then contact your credit card issuer.
The same goes if you cancel and they still bill you, contact your CC company.
Unauthorized charges and non-receipt your credit card issuer will credit you back to your account while it is in 'dispute' and they will fight against Sirius (or whomever), it saves you the trouble and problems of sitting on hold for 45 minutes and hoping Sirius refund you.
Visa rules are more in your favor than Mastercard, so use Visa if you can or Amex (who will just give you back the cash anyway) - Dinas MomSirius is killing it's business by harassing possible subscribers. I will never use their service for this reason. They call at all hours and leave no message, Their "people skills" is more than lacking. They are most disrespectful. With all the complaints you'd think they'd get the message !

- Eileen DouglasMy cell phone #: 724-929-4777 is on the DO NOT CALL list. Please discontinue calling me.
I mailed a letter to you earlier this month stating that I changed my mind about using your services.
I asked that you not call or mail me in the future. If I ever change my mind, I know how to contact you.
Thank you,
Eileen Douglas
PS I can fax a copy of my letter.- Call type: Debt collector
- timSirius radio calls non stop for no reason. - Me replies to johnWith all due respect to all who have called Sirius' number to opt out of calls, I think these telemarketers use the Do Not Call lists as source lists. I have gotten more calls from telemarketers since I signed up for DNC -- yes, even the Federral DNC List! -- than ever before. I subscribe to Sirius & will continue to do so becasuse I value their product. But you have toi be careful with them & anyone who has your credit card # -- they will automatically renew whether you ask them to or not. And as some of you have noted, getting them to remove the charge can be a battle. Best policy with *all* calls: if you don't recognize the number don't answer. I've found that's the best way to handle annoying telemarketers: ignore them & eventually they go away.
- lanieI also receive a call from 8663017344 two or three times a day. I don't answer but their calls are presistent. I called the number someone gave us (888-440-6342) to have it stopped but it was not a good number. Can someone help?
- EugenePlease stop calling my number there is sick people in the house that should not be distrubed.

EVERYONE PUT OUT THE WARNING ABOUT SIRIUS RADIO ON FACEBOOK AND ALL OTHER INERNET SITES.
TOGETHER WE CAN STOP THEM. - ChrissieMy new car was supposed to have a "free 3-month trial" with Sirius. It never did. Now these assclowns call me twice daily. Thank you for the DNC phone number, Kevin!

- goldsentraI, too, kept getting the calls - even after registering on the Do Not Call Registry and asking Sirius not to call me several times a day.
Easy way to take care of it: Call your phone company and have the phone number blocked. Done!
But, I have filed a complaint with the FTC and they will begin a criminal and civil investigation against Sirius, since I was registered as a Do Not Call number.- Caller: Sirius

- ChristinaI keep getting calls from this number, so after checking here, I found that it's Sirius, who apparently thinks that I should pay too much money for something I can virtually get for free via my radio or my ipod.
The Do Not Call number previously provided was not working when I called, so I called the main number back and talked to someone. We'll see!- Caller: Sirius

- CANThis number called my cell phone 3 times in the last 5 days. I don't answer it and they don't leave a message. I didn't know who was calling so checked the number online. Then today I received junk mail from sirius wanting me to subscribe.

- HollieI've gotten calls repeatedly from this number, blocked them using the best way I can, being an AT&T customer (they won't block as easy as other companies), called the 1888 number to be placed on their 'do not call for marketing' list and still receive a total of 5 calls a day.
They called me yesterday and I answered, without thinking (because I have it set on silent and blocked in my contacts - I just saw a call coming through), it was them.. so I asked "If I owed you money, would you call me so many times a day, because I know for fact, I don't owe you anything and you people call me at least 5 times a day."... he made a sound like a huge sigh and just hung up.
The last recent call was today, early this morning.
I've had their service before, about a year or so ago, and it took them about 8 months to stop calling - but not before I called them and told them they're acting like Hitler. Guess I was a little over pissed.
Stop calling you d*ck suckers.- Caller: sirius radio

- SamThanks to all you who have posted comments, your feedback helped me identify two of the Sirius XM numbers. To return the favor, here's what I did that seems to have worked (thanks for the idea, Patrick). If you have/had a trial subscription, Sirius has already set up an account for you. Log onto siriusxm.com and use the radio ESN as your account number, then click "I want to modify my service". This should take you to your account profile and prompt you to complete your profile. Answer the questions with any BS, click "Continue" after the security questions, but DO NOT proceed to select any packages. Click "My Account" and log in using the info you just created - you can now edit your profile and make changes. Patrick gave me the idea and I changed the account phone number to 866-242-7844, which is another Sirius telemarketer service. Save the profile, log off, and they call no more... At least, not in the last 8 weeks. :)
I also like the idea that perhaps one telemarketer will be calling another, both on behalf of Sirius XM and both being paid for the calls!!!- Caller: Sirius XM Radio

- Dan04/16/13: I have gotten daily calls from 866 301 7344 for over a week periiod. I did buy a Chyseler with the Sirius Radio. From a previous unplesant experience with Sirius, I have never used it on my car. Since I am the only driver, excepting valet parking, I believe it to never been used. I tried to call the number listed by a previous poster. It has been disconnected and not in use. While the radio was part of the car at purchase, as were the rest of the accessories and equipment, I have not been recieving calls from the tire supplier, steering wheel manufacture, head lamp or electircal bulbs or any of the other suppliers. To me, this is harrassment, and on a do not call number.
