I told them I was not interested on March 6, 2008.  They have accents and I could not understand who they say they work for.  They had my name and address and were phishing for the amount of debt that I owe.  They are pushing debt reduction of 45% which I am not interested in.  The first caller said he would send materials by mail for me to look at.  These people have called my cell phone at least six times.  I've tried to call them back to say stop calling, but I always get a busy signal.  They called again today and I told them to stop calling my cell phone.  He hung up. I got another call later in the afternoon. My cell phone rep said to notify the police.

three calls from this number today alone. nothing on the other end whether I say "hi..." or say nothing at all. it just takes up phone time. called number back with different results: #1-busy signal; #2-ten minute direct-to-music hold (time keeping done by my phone, not a guess); #3-"all circuits are busy now, will you please try again..." message. don't think they really want anything from me! other than my annoyance at such bs.

got a call today asking me to verify some of my information....lady had a thick accent I thought it was for my student loans....told her to take me off the list and she just hanged up on me.

This person has an accent and they asked for me, then I said "I'm sorry, who's calling? then they hang up...Too bad they don't know who I work for & there will be BIG problems when they realize they are calling a # that is registered with the "NATIONAL DO NOT CALL" list which is run by the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.

I have received a number of calls from this number I have repeatedly asked them to remove me and they keep calling. I just received another call the heavily accented lady said her name was Kristine and she was calling from Debt Service Center. I told her that I have already declined and to take me off of their call list.

These people call me two to three times a day. I am usually not home when they call but have been home for the past week. I have answered there call several times and asked to be removed from there list only to have them hang up on me!! I'll have to start threatening them somehow? I have registered with the D.N.C List. what els can I do????

I also get calls from 305-654-1842 and 866-201-3329 and get the same s#@T as described above!

I have received the same exact calls only from number 865-684-4741 or 865-684-4741.  They have been on my cell phone and I have asked them not to call any more but they don't listen! They hung up on my husband and I hung up on them today.

this number has been callling me for 3 months every day but no one is their when i pick up...its been as late as 12am

Called the otherday said he was from Debt Management company, I said I was not interested and he became very angry and yelled at me. He was difficult to understand, I asked to be taken off the list and he hung up. The next day I recived another call from the same number different male said he was from debt management, I asked to be taken off the list again, and again was hung up on. The following morning recived yet another call but they hung up when I answered.

I get this number calling my cell phone constantly; sometimes they leave a voice mail to call back, but I do not.  Would like to be taken off their list.

Just called me, 2:32 on April 15.  Asked for my son -- when I told him that he wasn't available, he asked if I was a family member.  When I said yes, he said he was calling from "e-timeshare.com" and said their records indicated we owned a timeshare.  When I said no, he hung up.

Smells like a scam to me.

I initially received a call from a "rep" at this number (1-866-391-5776) last week. The rep stated he was with a company called "National Debt". I told him I was not interested at the time.  He has called my phone two to three times per day since last week leaving no voice mail msg.  Today he finally left a vm msg.  This is the vm msg verbatim:

"Hi my name Eric Livingston. I keep getting calls from a number, a guy who can barely speak english. He won't even tell me what's goin' on. He asked me about a credit card debt and medical bills. And I have no credit cards. Um I do have medical. I just had brain surgery a couple of months ago. So thats stuff was, I'm working on paying off and he just automatically sends me to a voice mail. I'm not to sure why. Um if I'm gonna keep getting phone calls I would like to know what they're regarding. Thank you. My phone number is 4*6-4***. I'm sorry (360)4*6-4*** Thank you bye."  

Is it that serious?! I will definately be putting they're information and fake phone number in the FTC information database!

Severals calls in the last few days, but they do not leave a message. At phoneinfosite.com they state this is not a valid exchange number in the U.S. ...

Beware prior to giving out any personal information or confirming your info. Other sites report this number as a scam, be careful.

This seems like a scam to me, I didn't answer it, but called back got a busy signal, but they called me on my cell phone and the number they showed seemed really strange it had a plus sign in front of it +8663915776, that usually means international

yup. Some accented guy called me telling me about my outstanding debt. I was like. um no that is incorrect. I started grilling him about who he is, how to contact him back etc and he hung up. F*ck them i wish them nothing but venereal disease.

They need to stop calling me.......I run a Family Daycare out of my home and it's annoying to get these calls. The man who called today said he was from the Credit Bureau. I asked if this was a soliciting call and low and behold.. he hung up. I'am also on the do not call list and still get calls. This kind of calling needs to STOP,none of us want this .

For those of you with sprint cellular phones simply call your provide (*2) and have them block the number. Havent gotten a call since :)!!!!

Call the FBI this is gone on too long. We have rights lets use them. The phone companies get paid when they call.

Just got a call from the clowns at 866-391-5776.  I am going to buy a police whistle and give them a nasty surprise each time they call from now on.  What the heck, I think they have earned that.  I have Lifelock, called them, and am protected from these idiots.  My call pretended to be my boss, spoke spanish at first, then swapped to bad english with an annoying spanish accent.  Didn't even  know how to pronounce the name of the company I work for right.  Wanted to know about a credit card I had applied for (I hadn't), and bad debt I have (I don't).  Must have been the amateur hour at the phone phishing network. The government cant do a damn thing about calls from overseas, get the police whistle, and get some satisfaction of your own.
