Received calls twice from this number.  We do not accept calls from numbers we do not know prior to receiving the call.

Juniper Credit Card Company- Customer Service Dept.

They have called us 5 times a day for two weeks asking for a guy we do not know.  Even when we inform, we have never heard of Eddy.  they will call back three more times.  They claimed to be a bank but Im pretty sure its a scam.  I am going to call the better business  burea  to complain.  I do not think they will stop calling.

"Thank you for calling customer support. Please enter your full account number or your social security number" No indication of the company.

5 to seven calls a day asking for someone who doesn't live here.

Have been getting calls from this number for over a week on my cell phone, that is registered on the DO NOT CALL registration. Can't understand how they got my number, it is not out there for the public, that I know of. Very annoying to say the least.  I will not answer these, for I pay for all calls. I would like to know what to do about these calls.

Every day for the last 2 weeks, they have been calling us, about 25 times a day and REFUSE to stop. They also refuse to tell us who they are, and insist on knowing our social security number so they can help us with our accounts... we have no accounts with them. We have repeatedly asked them to remove our phone number from their list and they just keep calling back. Our number is on the Do Not Call list. I finally got fed up and reported them to the FCC; I suggest that everyone do the same.

Fill it out, print a copy, and fax it to the toll free number listed on the form.

Juniper Bank calling to collect a past due debt.  They will call until they collect the debt or you prove (request) you are not the person they are trying to reach.  If debtor lost his phone and you got his/her number they will call, like I said, till you inform them to quit calling and you are not their debtor.
I know as I am not a deliquent payer.

This number has called my house 12 times today  between 8:00am and 2:42pm and as I type this note this number is calling again. When I called the number back to find out what they wanted a recording asking for my account number or social security number with no company identification..This has been going on for over a month now.  This is very very aggrivating....

Received 14 calls in ONE day!  I missed a payment by 18 days!!  I wouldn't mind one call letting me know I am late, but this is obscene.

These people are ridiculous!

Its actually a bank owned by Braclays Bank, which now owns Juniper bank.

I have been getting calls for "linda trapani" from these people on my work cell since I got the phone 3 years ago. They call 8 to 10 times a day for awhile and give up for a few months then start all over again. I have told them more than once they have the wrong number and they tell me they will take me off the list, to no avail.

We have been receiving 5 + calls a day from a toll free automatic call company claiming they were Barkley Card Financial claiming we had an account.  (Note we NEVER received any paper documentation of this account  just months of phone calls. ) I began to pick up the phone and repeat:  Put me on the do not call list.  FINALLY a human voice answered and said we were overdue our account.   They gave me the 1866 408-4070 and to talk to them.  Apparently they are a scam that tires to get people to pay 'bill's you did not incur.  Be very careful!

Getting calls from this 1-866-408-4070 several times a day, they never leave a message.

I was getting the same calls and was getting so frustrated about getting bill collection calls when I have no outstanding debt!!!!
I finally broke through the mystery of the never ending automated response and talked with an actual human being and got a number to call to  remove my number from the call list. 888-232-0776 customer security dept M-F 8-8 eastern standard time.  I am hoping tomorrow this will all go away!!! Will post an update if it does.

Write to them at Barclays Bank of Delaware, Attn:  Collections Operations, P. O. Box 8833, Wilmington, DE 19899-8833 and tell them to cease and desist the phone calls or you will file harrassment charges.  Include with it the history of the phone calls and the number they are calling.

We had been receiving phone calls from this company for weeks.  They were calling 4 times a day starting at 8am and even on weekends.  A live person gets on the line as soon as you answer claiming to be from Braclays Bank (whom we have no business with) and they will never leave a message on a machine.  Three days in a row, I told them to quit calling our house and that we were one the DO NOT CALL list....but they kept calling.  The trick that finally worked and THE BEST WAY TO GET RID OF UNWANTED CALLS:  Answer the phone and tell them to hold on for a minute, set the phone down, wait 30-60 seconds, go back to the phone, tell them to hold on again, set the phone down.... continue this cycle for as long as you can.  If you are able to waste 10 minutes of their time, they will NEVER call your house again.  I did this a little over a week ago and they haven't called since!

I haven't called the number back, but they are calling non stop, at most 7 times a day and don't leave a a message.

This people is calling us about a 45 dollar payment that was due 4 days ago. We spoke with them, explained we are NOT in the US (we do have a US number in the house) and that we know we are late. We will pay our late fees and the new due date is april 29. Why do they keep calling us everyday, including Sundays and nights (even near 10 PM) like we are some criminals that need to harrasses by some [***] in a call center probably in India or South America??? what can be done about this?
