They call and call and call some more. Everyday. Sometimes three or four calls or more. They start early in the morning and keep calling into the evening hours. Lastest time was 10:00 P.M.
I never answer because they are pests.

866-539-4654 is Career Advisors. I use to work for them. If you have ever gone online and requested information on Colleges that is why you are getting the calls. Sometimes you info did not go through or the colleges say your info didn't go through. They try to help you find 2 locations and 2 online colleges that best fits your needs. If you do not want calls anymore just nicely ask to put you on the Do Not Call List. I know its annoying but the people making the calls has nothing to do with it. Its also something to think about when you're putting your info on any website for information. Here is the website www.search4careercolleges.com. I've been getting calls myself and since I haven't worked there in a while I knew the phone number sounded familiar. I'm sorry. Thats why I'm no longer working there because the colleges that the company got numbers to call were giving the company bad numbers and bad info. But sometimes someone did sign up and gave your number. Even if it wasn't you yourself. The people calling doesn't mean any harm but seriously if you are tired of the calls just pick up the phone because if you just ignore the calls then your wasting your time and the company's time.

OMG these [***] people justkeep calling! I happened to answer one time and told them i wasn't interested and now they just keep calling and i keep missing it so i guess that's good. but seriously take a hint! and i can't call them back coz it's out of area or something. grrr i don't like my information going out like this to everyone

I have been getting calls from this number for about a month now. Just a few minutes ago that number called and I hung up. So they called again. This was repeated atleast five times. I think the caller catched that I didn't want to talk, so he/she was just trying to be annoying. ER!

I called this number back today, after they called me 2x's a day at all hours, and someone answered and said "Career advisor's, how can I help you?" So I am guessing it has to do with an iquiry into Monster or Hotjobs or maybe even a college. I politely asked them to quit calling and to take my number off the list. They asked for my number, told me it takes 24 to 48 hours, and that was it. No name or anything. Harmless.

this number has been calling me for a few weeks now and i finally called back and said career advisors, how can i help you? i asked to be removed from the calling list she politely said ok whats the number.. gave my nuber.. and she said takes 48 hours.. hopefully they will stop its very annoying and when your at work you think it could be an emergeny call and see this junk...

Ok, this number has been calling me too. I never answer and they never leave a message. They call me at all hours of the day from 7am - 12am more then once a day. If i find out who it is i will put another comment on here letting everyone know. But untill then, they will not stop calling untill you answer. You cant just tell them not to call. you have to use the words "Put me on your do not call list" If they keep calling you after that then it is harassment and they should be taking to court. The "Do not call list" is very serious. If companys do not obey the rules and laws and can get heavy fines and can be possibly sued. If you can record the conversation and make sure you tell them you are. Tell them while your recording to put you on their do not call list and if they call back then you have the right to sue. Don't take harassment from no one. Everyone has rights. Thanks for reading :)

Ok, me again. Yes it is Career Advisors. These people don't mean any harm. they are just doing their job. When they call you have to answer in order to tell them to put you on there do not call list. Once you tell them it will take around 24-48 hours before your number is completely off their computers. If you still get calls from them a few days later then answer the phone and tell them again. After that if they still keep calling then take them to court. As i said before. You have a right not to be harassed. Everyone has rights. Take care everyone :)

Keeps calling. I see the number and let it ring.  They never leave a message but they need to stop calling my number.

The only place I've ever put my cell number is on my resume, which I've uploaded to Career Builder. This company is either a "Partner" or they are scraping phone numbers off of resumes. If they don't honor your request to stop calling, file your complaints here.

I just got this call earlier, no voicemail was left. But what I am finding odd, is that I signed up on the "Do Not Call" list.  So why are they calling me?

I've gotten several calls from this number usually at the same time daily. I don't ever answer them.

This number called me, immediately after I entered my number on a career testing site. I think it is from some school trying to contact but they never leave a message.

It's an automated calling system that's why it doesn't leave a message or no one answers. "Career Advisors" is the name of the place. I called the number and asked how they got it and they said someone had to have posted it online. I never post my cell #.
