Little update- called back and it said I had reached the "new mobile directory service" and to get the new number I would have to hang up and dial #6005...

I'm going to reach out to PayPal to see if I can pay directly to them. Whatever this business is they're making it a little foolish and I'm not confident in them.

I got a call, From this number not even stating where they are from what they are calling about and wanted me to accept the call by pressing 1 and I just hung up, I have a dispute opened on Paypal, And Im not sure what they're calling about but a legitimate company would say who they are not asking if you are this person and pick up the phone "because this may be regarding you"  So Im not sure what to do!

I got the same voicemail and a letter saying something about PayPal when I don't owe money on PayPal and never got a bill from PayPal before this

It's A Scam And there using Bell land Lines And Bell Cell Phone Into There Phone IVR "SYStems' Tell this You call UP DEAD People to and Claim there still OWE When NOTICES are sent through the Propper Channels why do People Pay Lawyer's for to do this send it Out through the Collect's Data Base that's the first thing that is Done All These SO CALLED COLLECTION AGENCY'S I Hope you watching this You can And will be Dragged into Court this Also Means You Can Loose You're So Called Buisness Licence of Operations ..Thus Don't think of trying to Open Under another Name eaither we Will Find you And Prossicute you and whom ever you hire To Defraud the General Public And Any Other Collection Agency Who You Sold you the Defunked List that Doesn't EXSIT any More .
