they continually call. I have never been able to answer the phone. they do not leave any messages.

I don't owe any medical bills, ANYWHERE. Someone called from this number, and was the sound of a phone ringing  so I hung up and looked them up. Tried to call back, and they picked up and hung up on me without speaking.
Okay, don't want to be nice, and hear me explain whoever they want is not at this number, I will simply block them.

Let me explain this to you.
Calling and harassing folks who have NO (zero, zip, nil, 0) outstanding medical bills, ANYWHERE, is illegal harassment.
And trying to get me to pay medical bills for the deceased person who had this phone number before I got it (may that person RIP and their family not get harassed either) is illegal, unethical, and a waste of my time. I will send a consult bill to this company if they call me again, and my professional consultations are not free. Perhaps I'll just skip the personal billing and send the bill straight to collections, as that is a legal practice in my state.

If they are calling your cell phone, you can sue them.

You must be a debt collector for this group of thieves.

The information is good to know on who and why, but I would speak to a qualified attorney before accepting information here as the gospel. Agreeing to pay money over the telephone can get you burned, as it did me several years ago when I was told, by telephone, that I owed a debt, in which I did. I paid $750 and thought it was taken care of, but unfortunately, it was a scam. Somebody was able to obtain my information and put on a pretty convincing show as to their validity toward the claim. Be careful and tread lightly. If you have to, verify with the original debtor that this is in fact, a vendor who has bought the debt or is collecting for it.

I just received a call from this number, no message.

If you were a minor when the dept acured then you can take legal recourse. Look up the law yourself or inlist the aid of a law student to help, post an add at a law college for help in dealing with this matter maybe the students can use this as a project for class. And of course posting on internet always gets suggestions

Can’t pay it don’t have the money to pay..you think someone with disability check as their only income can write a check for thousands of dollars? When you have to pay for regular expenses, copayment on meds and already agreed to make payments for some of the other outstanding dr bills that can be done?

Block this number if you know what is good.

Called requesting person information, never stating the nature of the call.
Hung up, blocked them. There is sometime dodgy about these people.

They called me at work. I answered the phone and the lady told me she was attempting to collect a debt for $939.20 services rendered 2/12/17 and she gave me the hospital name. When I told her I paid all my bills off with them income tax. She told me that this wasn't paid. I asked her for the account number from the hospital and she snapped at me and said I gave you the date of service and I told her I wanted to call the hospital to see what it was all for. She went to yelling at me and told me they would have me call her back. So I hung up and called the hospital to see what she was talking about. When I called the hospital and advised what had happened, the gentleman looked at everything that was related to my name and he stated he didn't see I owed anything that everything was paid up in full. He told me if they call back to discard the call and do not answer it. Sounds like a scam to me........

They keep repeating the name Sara Wingard. Very long message with all kinds of instructions on keeping the call private. Too long to list. We've never answered. The same message has been left at least 3 times over several months. Its really pretty silly sounding and I can't believe anyone would fall for it. If you owe money on a medical bill you might think it's legitimate. We owe no money and don't even know a Sara.

I spoke to a female and I asked her she liked [***] and being the insertive partner. I said this is the kind of job you have. You are giving it to people, hard.

This is a debt collector. Block this number. Don’t answer or they will keep calling. They will insert and take out and then insert again over and over until you pay

I'm on the do not call list and this call should have been denied my phone. Do not call my number again.

I am tired of this number calling our house from time to time, and will not answer the phone.

When i answer no one is saying anything. Calls coming once a day.
