Just got a call asking for all kinds of personal info. They claimed to be with the Barclay CC Co., which I just registered for.  This probably means that Barclay isn't so secure.  

I keep getting calls from this number asking for a person that is not at this number.  I have clicked on #2 to say you are calling the wrong person.  They then asked for last 4 numbers of ss#.  I put in #### and got a live body.  I stated to not call my phone number again or I report them.  They continue to call.  I have just registered to donotcall.gov.  

called them back, and let it ring 15x's no answer!!!

I do not have one of there cards and I get almost a weey almost daily phone call. They do not leave a message.

Same thing happened to me.

I got a call from this number yesterday. This guy was telling me the call was being recorded. There was no customer service noises in the back. Told me I was 4th finalist in  a million dollar drawing. Asked if I had a master or visa card. I would not answer him... then he asked me if my income was over 1200 a month. That's when I said this call is over good bye.. Scammmm. And he didn't tell me who he was from. Said I signed up on the internet. Whatever!

I received the calls from this number 866-740-4298, on my cell phone. I never answered, but later I found is from Juniper's investors , they sold the credit card company to British-based Barclays Bank PLC.

I keep getting calls from this number. I do not reconize it an do not answer.

I have been receiving numerous calls from that number claiming to be re. my Upromise card. The call is automated when answered, which is not valid. I'm blocking the number.

Calls have been coming from this number once and sometimes twice a day for the past couple of weeks. I would it to stop.

calling regarding customer support for us airways credit card.  Ask for husband my name - they knew our zip code, account balance, etc.  offered me a $100 gift card but it would cost $1.00.  Hung the phone up - and called US Airways and gave them the number 866-740-4298 and they stated scam and/or trying to being identify theft.  if someone calls from this number and especially states US airways dividend miles credit card - hang up and report to the company.  the account has been closed.

Got a call from this number regarding a Sears "Select" Mastercard from Barclay.  First of all, Sears uses Citibank for their credit cards, and there is no Sears "Select" card offered by Sears... We didn't give any personal info, and hung up... then we called Barclay Credit services, and there is a recording on it regarding this scam.  Don't give these creeps ANYTHING! They are for sure trying to get your info for identity theft and credit card fraud, that could ruin your life!  If you would like to call Barclay to verify, the number is 1-866-928-8598.

Home unlisted never give out phone:  Robocall. Hi this is Tim from the Customer Service Dept.   Can you hear me?   I said who are you and they said "great".   So I hung up!  Then my cell immediately rang from the same number.  Note:  I am not late on any payments for Barclay or anywhere else.

Message says its customer support for my Window Rewards Visa.  I don't have such a visa card by that name.

I am constantly getting calls from this number on my cell phone.  I have never answered.  If it is US Airways MC, I do have the card but never gave out my cell phone number.  I don't give that out.  I don't know how they got it.  They call all times of the day and night.
