i dont know who this is, i think its a sales call so i'm not going to pick it up.  Does anyone know who this is

These people called my son and daughter-in-law and ask for me! They would not identify themselves to either of them. After my son called me, I immediately called the number back and they would still not tell me who they were! How did they even get my Son's
phone number and know that we were even related? There are a lot of people with our last name!

Debt collection agency and sounds like they are in India.

Could not understand the person and had to have him spell the name.... never heard of the person they are looking for and he said he would have the number removed from the account and then hung up.

This number called my cell phone today and since i did not recognize the number, i did not pick up. They must not have wanted me very much cause they left no message. I am on the Do Not Call deal with my cell number.

I get a call several times a day on my cell phone and home phone from this number. Surprisingly, they left one voice mail. They were actually looking for my exhusband, who I divorced in 1985. The message left no company name but said in the message it it was urgent that they contact him regarding stimulous. He would lose out if they didnt get to him right away. This story sounded very fishy and I assume he is a debt collector. I don't have any contact with ny ex anyway

They called me twice today. I told them I'm not the person whom they are looking for and told them take me off there  phone list.

Umm...they keep calling me every day like 2-4 times between 4-10am. The wierd thing is that I block there number and it does not work I blokced them about 15 times

I just got off the phone with Capital one and they told me to call another numb.which directed me to Allied Interstate.  They asked me for my zip and told me that I had to call another number (18668254574).  I asked where it was located out of and they said India.  The number capital one gave me was for Resurgent and they said they would stop using a company if enough people called to complain.  The number to call to complain is 18886650374!

On the government page it says it will not investigate individual cases.

I keep receiving calls from 1-866-825-4574 and either they hang up on me, or a mid-eastern voice comes across the phone asking for someone whose name I can't understand, or we don't even know. They say they will not call again, but they do.  I am not certain what they are up to but be assured it is no good.  I will report them to the Attorney General nad phone company.  When I Googled the number I find I am not alone.  Many people are being called.

I have received at least two calls rom this 8668254574 and the individual that they are seeking doesn't even reside with me . I don't understand where they obtain their info. let alone my phone number. If they continue to call I shall report it to  my local phone company and the police.

Gotten calls from this number several times a day for a week or more now. I won't answer if I don't recognize the number, and they don't leave a message.  

Here is a hint for fixing the problem of repeated calls on your cell phone - save the number to your contacts then assign it a ringtone, and make it something like just one short beep (or silent if your phone will let you.)  Then when you hear it you know not to take the time to even get your phone out of your pocket or purse to see who is calling.

These [***] call my home phone at least twice a day,  everyday and i answer and nobody says anything but i can hear noise iin the background like people talking, it is getting very irritating. i tried calling the number back and don't get anything. my mom has a cell phone on my plan and she gets these calls from the same number everyday too. what can we do about this the do not call list doesn't work for this number. these jerks have to be breaking some law  but your basically helpless. seems like the place they call from doesn't exist!!

File a report with the Ohio Attorney General's Office. This was the only law enforcement office that helped me and completely stopped the harrassment.

Just got a call from this number.  They said it was some insurance company.  "Quality Insurance"  He was hard to understand with his accent.  I told him that who he was asking for was not available and he said he'd try back.  The way it looks like from these posts, he will.

I was getting calls from this phone number morning, noon and night. However, these calls have gone from calls into text messages. Now I get messages from this number early morning, sometimes as early as 6:30 am. Then I will get one in the afternoon and one in the evening. Never any information, just to call this number, 866-825-4574.  What can I do to get them to stop contacting me? I do not know who they are.

Someone keeps calling from this number.  I answered the phone one time and could not understand anything he said.  So I hung up.  Someone from this number continues to call....sometimes late at night.  I don't know how they got our number because we have a Magic Jack so our number is not listed in the phone book.
