This call came early in the morning.  I did not answer as I was half asleep.  Please stop them.

I get calls from this number all the time too, but I don't answer and they never leave a message. I looked up the phone number on here to find out who it is that keeps calling. However, under the Fair debt collections act, or whatever it's called, collection agencies are not allowed to tell you what company they work for or the details of what they are calling about unless they are speaking directly to the person they are trying to reach. Since they were trying to find your husband's daughter, they are not allowed to tell you their company's name because it infringes on the privacy of your husband's daughters financial matters. All they can legally do is ask you if you know how to reach the person. At the same time, if you tell them to never call  your number again, they are supposed to oblige.

We have been receiving calls 3-4 times per day for a few months now from this number.  We don't answer as we can see it on our caller ID.  We are beyond annoyed and want it to stop!

With all these complaints listed, Why haven't the authorities done something about this? It's been going on for years!!!

Here is a small tip.  Pay your bills and they won't call.  They are a collections company.

Here's a little "tipp-o" for you Ben; I pay ALL of my bills as do 92.4% of those posting. (yes I can calculate that, but one must READ the posts) My credit reports have continuous columns that state "NEVER LATE" for pages and pages. My name is Not Angela,Willie or Veronica. I do not know these people yet I get 4 or 5 calls a day for them from sleeze ball collectors who,even though I have explained this, have called me a liar and accused me of hiding them. I'm pretty much used to it now and instead of using the Cease Communication letter, I record all of their conversations--no matter how stupid. I am building up $$$$$ , $1000 at a time.I'm sure you know what I mean.
If you ever find that one named Angela, tell her I would like to get to know her. She's done some pretty wild things--sounds like fun!!! Keep on calling so I can add to my retirement. OH, the "TIPP-O" : use some sort of publicrecord.com site to do a reverse lookup on the phone number you call(to get some current information) instead of using numbers that are 10-20 years old.

I get 1-2 calls a day from this number. No idea who is is since I let it go to the machine

Please make these people quit calling me at all hours of the night...I do not know these people..I AM ALREADY ON THE "DO NOT CALL" LIST!

I never owe anyone a dime (including credit cards) in my life.  I have been getting calls from this number several times a week for a month now.  Is there anyway to stop them from calling?

This number has been calling my house, when I answer the phone there is only silence, after my repeating "Hello?" a few more times, I just hang up.

These people keep calling and calling.  We've never answered.  They never leave a message yet they keep calling and calling.  When will they get a clue?

This is the second time they've called my cell phone BUT they hang up when I answer.  I have no bad debt out there that anyone should be calling....especially to my cell #.   My suspicion is that they are trying to get people to call a number back, when they've missed the call.  Then it could be fraud trying to rack up money on those calls going to Nigeria!!!  BEWARE!!!

M .P is the one calling this number . He is a stalker who uses 800 numbers to call his victimes. Impotent and unable to get his way in person, he uses 800 numbers to harass. other numbers used by this person are503  825 4574 and banks and other public and private numbers . he is a live person with a computer

your an idiot Ben.  They call waht ever number they have on file.  tell them anything and they will call it.  Get a new number and they will call it.  Why don't you jsut pay everyones bill so they stop harassing us innocent people who don't owe any money.

This number calls my WORK CELL at least twice a day, sometimes 4 and 5 times a day. I don't bother picking up if I can help it, but it is a WORK number, so I'm supposed to answer all calls.

Does anyone know how to press charges? I don't have money for a lawyer, though. There's got to be a way to stop these law breaking creeps.

The sad part is its not the "mid-eastern" callers' fault, they're just getting paid to make calls. There's evil people behind this stuff!
