These are crackpot hucksters that have nothing better to do than spam and pester people. It is either a political BULL or another attempt to rip people off. I added a block on my call rejection, since I don't want to be bothered with those jerks and their stupid nonsense!

Next time these imbeciles call me, they're getting treated with "Helter Skelter" by The Beatles, played at maximum volume. Try it, you'll use it too.

How to stop this annoying and unwanted call? I've received this call 4 times since yesterday already!

This is a number for Market Research Corporation. If you call the number back you will hear a recorded message saying how they do surveys for political and social issues, and therefore are exempt from the national do-not-call registry. I asked to be put on their do not call list, and they explained to me that 1) it would take up to 30 days to take effect; 2) my request for no calls would expire after one year, and 3) this request would not prevent other companies from contacting me.

Comcast has a call forwarding feature that's pretty neat. I have set up this number to forward automatically to another 800 number that always bothers me. That way they can each talk legally to one-another all day long.

I called them back and listened to through their  Do Not Call prompt.. I went through the process and they stopped robo-calling......... Now I'm getting calls from "Private".  UGH !

STOP CALLING ME, WILL REPORT THIS NUMBER NEXT TIME.

Their call center confirmed that the 866-869-1920 is one of the numbers used.  They have a thousand employees at the Florida site!  Absolutely no impugnity.

Called here on a Sunday afternoon looking for someone who doesn't live here. Waste of my time.

This woman called just when I was halfway thru installing a new spark plug into my lawnmower and said she was from Connecticut Opinion Survey. Since I'm a veteran of 2 brain strokes & had just taken my medication for panic attacks, I told her that I would like to conduct a survey of her @#$%^* using my &^%$#, would that be okay with her, she said yes, so I gave her my residential address.

Called yesterday asking for my housemate....said it was a political survey. Myhouse mate finally got tired of answering non stop questions and hung up. Today someone from same number called asking for housemate by name...caller was a woman this time with foreign accent..said 'I'll call back' and hung up quickly bfore I could tell her not to call again.

These guys are really annoying past 3 months.
Today they call my number 4 times in 15 minutes period.
I told them do not call my number, but they said 'we don't
sell anything, so you cannot block our calls'.
I'm looking for a way to eliminate this call.

This number shows up as a missed call.  How did they get my cell phone number?  Only a select few have it, mainly my disabled wife, if she needs me when I'm working.  Am already on DNC list.

Do you actually think that posting "Please don;t call me" on this complaint blog will make this company stop calling you? Pick up the phona and call the FCC and lodge a complaint with someone who might actually be able to get them to stop calling. Are you people serious?

You've got to be kidding! They called us 7 times within the last 30 minutes. Once within only a space of around four minutes. I am logging these calls and will be reporting them to the FCC. Definitely NOT legit.

This company is repeatedly calling someone with a terminal condition.  PLEASE STOP!

This number called. Checked this site, found out not legit. Even if legit, screw them. They are strangers and I call-screen (answering only if they start leaving a message, and I know the person and/or phone number, and I want to speak with that party). If the caller is a stranger and don't leave a message the first time, I assign them "Call Block"§ and they cannot get through at all. They'd have to write a letter in order to get hold of me. Up yours, marketers and spammers and scammers!

§ Panasonic DECT 6.0 cordless phones have "Call Block" for (I think) 50 phone numbers. It rings once here; caller gets a busy signal on his end (forever). A must-have phone.

According to the rep that I spoke with today (6-12-12) they were doing some sort of research for a local college.... He said he was calling from Florida and that their systems had some sort of error and they were over calling people and that it will be fixed (we will see about that) but the guy agreed to add my number to their do not call list... lets see how long that lasts.

The reason a large portion of the people are having trouble with this number is because this number is being "Spoofed" by Delta Outsource Group, a collection agency located in O'Fallon, MO.  They will try and gather enough information to create an account.  Many bank accounts have been drained by this establishment and many "Spoofed" phone numbers have been fraudulently used to aquire information.
This not only hurts people by the harrassment, but also hurts the establishment that the number belongs to.

Talk about harassing people.  This number called 7X within an hour!  First time I answered and the gal started spealing off about survery, I said NO THANKS, and hung up, guess she did not like that as kept calling and calling, even when I SCREAMED at them  to stop!!

this number has called at 9:30 PM and 10:00 PM- I thought they could not call after 9pm!!!  then when I did answer, no one was there!
