I recorded the call with these SCAMMERS. I tried to keep him on the phone as long as possible so he could lay out his scam in detail so to better inform the public of this KNOWN SCAM.

They even directed me to a website. www.etravelflorida.com/99promo

Eventually the call became more and more rude, with the SCAMMER calling me a [***] and a GAY MEXICAN and saying my mother should be GAGGED WITH A [***], which is funny, but rude.

This link below is a recording of a phone call from known SCAMMERS E TRAVEL FLORIDA. They inform you that you paid for a vacation package years ago and for only $99 they will deliver you your package. It is a scam and it is very funny to prank them.

I don't have a problem as long as the company is truthful. Why not state it is a timeshare?  What is the big secret!  I recently dealt with etours and travel. I ask the rep will my account be debited right away. He said no. As soon as I hung up my account was debited and my account was over drawn. Yes this company may be legal but what we are dealing with is ethics. They sent me their package in the mail and I had a discussion with my son. He said no. I called to cancel.  Let's see if they will refund my money. Ethics. It took them 2 minutes 2 withdraw but it takes 5-7 days to refund.  I don't trust this company because when I tried 2 cancel the rep (Polly) was trying to convince me not to cancel. Pressure tactics. Ethics. My decision shouldn't result in pressure tactics. Once again ethics.

Get a call from this number two or three times per day.  Refuse to pick up.  Wish we could get it stopped.

you guys are a bunch of whiners, it's a $99 vacation ! "the hotel was crappy" what the hell you expect, to stay at a Hilton? its $99 bucks! ... plus i've been to the Bahama House in Daytona, it's actually very beautiful, you're staying right on the beach, every night from 6:30 to 7:30 they have "free cocktail hour", get drunk for free! you get to bring 5 people with you, the timeshare tours were'nt that bad, actually enjoyed the presentation for only 60 minutes, reason they send people to those tours is because 1 out of 10 actually DO buy vacation ownership, so they make the package $99 dollars, so that as many people as possible go there, increasing the timeshare sales, they have to pay bills too, i mean you did'nt think you were getting a $99 vacation and wouldnt have to do something in return for it, what makes you so special ? go to the damn tour, get out and go to Universal, they give you the tickets as soon as the presentation is over, i was in Universal from 2pm to 7pm with 3 of my friends, brought a bookbag full of food, because to eat in there is crazy expensive (1 bottle of water like $10) had a blast, i thought it would be full of children but adults were gettin on rides too, some fine AZZ females (for the single men out there), i mean i had fun, i didn't even spend time at the hotel that much..but keep in mind EVERY company in the world has complaints, but the number of happy customers i'm sure would outweigh the whiners on here, large corporations like Disney and Universal would NOT allow them to use their logos if they werent in fact legit, they have a squeeky clean reputation to maintain.


but before you want to complain, you only payed $99 !!! my Jordan shoes alone would buy me TWO of these packages, yall either cheap or broke, only a broke person would stress over a pitiful $100.

I have been getting calls from this number off and on for over a year now . They never leave a message.

I keep receiving phone calls from this number who have insisted that I paid for a vacation and why have I not taken  it yet. They have the last numbers of my credit card.
I cancelled my credit card and they keep calling saying they have my money and why am I not taking my holiday. I checked with the credit card company and they did not get money from my account.
They are now calling me with an unknown number and are very rude. Why is something not done to get rid of this scamming company.......I only answer calls I recognize from now on.........

Told us they worked for Air Canada (a company I retired from) and they said I paid for a vacation I would be taking with my fiancé and I would be providing my own air travel but they would provide rooms ect....I already paid for the vacation package.  I used my credit card. When I did not take the trip, I have been harassed to take the trip for the last 2 years. They now say my bill is 300 dollars and are going to put my account for collections.  Let them, the scammers.  Oh and the credit card was cut up about a year ago so they can't get anymore from me.

I have a suspicion that these people (Under different names) must contribute a bunch of money to political campaigns.

How else can this harassment go on for SOOO long. I am now routing all the calls from them to my local congress person and senators office.

Go online and forward their number to your local federal politicians office, it's easy to do.

I booked a vaction with etour and travel for 398. I got 2- 2day passes to universal in Orlando and stayed in the double tree hilton. I had a nice vacation i just had to sit in on a time share meeting which lasted about 60 min it was low pressure and I didn't buy it, so overall I scammed the company, The sales agent I had on the phone was nice and we joked alot sorry if some of you guys had bad experiences but from what i can tell you didn't even get passed the phone call, enjoy your loss losers.

Yes, this is a scam from the get go.  Yes, my husband signed us up YEARS AGO for a stupid time share presentation in exchange for a free trip to Orlando.  And, in answer to your question of "who cares?", I CARE ABOUT MY VACATION.  And, my time is valuable and I resent my vacation time being taken up for aggressive marketing crap.  (Told my husband I would divorce him if he ever signed us up for another one).

If my story stopped here, I would agree with you -- I got a free vacation just to sit through a stupid 90 minute marketing presentation (with stale doughnuts).  Yet, here I am -- some four years later, getting calls on almost a daily basis from rude, obnoxious telemarketers, "Don't you want a free vacation to Orlando"?  NO, I WANT YOU TO STOP CALLING.  Reported to FTC and BBB, and they back off for a while, just to start up months later.   The next call I get will result in a lawsuit.

This is a legit company, took a trip with them
it was great - but now they keep phoning me to do it again.

The trip is for a time share.

Travel agency random calling - 4 time on my answering machine since the first of the month.

this number calls me 10+ times a day, day or night. They are looking for someone named David (wrong number), when i ask whos calling, they start yelling, swearing and making racial and "canadian" comments. Since there seems to be NOTHING I can do, I have decided to harass THEM. I call them, they answer and I proceed to swear, yell and make the most obscene comments that I have ever made... Which I will not repeat here. So they can call me all they want, Im just going to continue playing my game with them. Eventually I assume that they will get sick of what I have to say! I suggest you all do the same, unless you can afford a good attorney (which I cannot)

ITS ME AGAIN... LISTEN up people... I wrote the message about beating them at their own game... (i copied and pasted my comments from another complaint board to try to spread the word) Well here is the follow up... I harassed THEM when they called, swore, called them back repeatedly for 5 days (day and night) and insulted them (the same they have been doing to me for 3 FREAKIN YEARS!!)... that was 12 days ago. For 12 glorious days my cell phone has been quiet and for the first time (literally) in 3 years, I have gone without harassing phone calls day and night from these people. I suspect they will never call me again. i HAVE MADE IT CLEAR the level of abuse Im prepared to give in my defense to 3 years of harassing phone calls. Victory is mine. *lights cigar *cracks beer. Bring it on ETravel.  
Trust me, after 3 years of begging this rude, mean, horrible excuse for a human being to take me off their call list, not answering their 10 calls a day, even getting advice from law enforcement... there is nothing you can do except change your #.  this is the ONLY thing that has worked. So far.  So conjure up the worst things you could say to someone and let er fly.

Rec'd telephone call again today from this number and still no one answers or leaves a msg on my machine.

Has called me several times to let me know I won a free vacation, however, the catch is that they want us to pay them money in order to get it. Hung up on them.

Call's several times a day even on my Holy day.  When we answer they hang up on don't leave a msg on my machine.  Call them back and the line is busy.
