Has called me several times to let me know I won a free vacation, however, the catch is that they want us to pay them money in order to get it. Hung up on them.

This fake comment showed its hand when it said "stayed in the double tree hilton". Make up your mind, was it the Double Tree or the Hilton?

I was called 3 times by this company, they had the last 4 digits of my old card, saying I had paid $489 (US) for a trip to Orlando, and why had I not taken it ? I told them it was deinitely not me, and I said perhaps somee had fraudulently used my card (but why would someone with my credit card info book a trip and not take it?) They were actually very polite to me, and told me to find the information and that they would try to "do their best to refund the amount"....I called Visa, and it did show an amount had been charged in May 2010 - on my old card - the E Tour people said they needed to see the documents before they could refund me. Well, since it is an expired card, the number on the statement would be what they have on me. They also had my name and telephone number, but how, I don't know because I am not listed in the phone book. I am wondering if anyone else showed a charge on their cards, and did anyone ever actually get refunded? I am sure they will ask for my new credit card info in order to "refind' me - of course I will not give that to them, but how can I get the money back? Is there someone I can contact? Or do I eat my losses?

This number is a sales department number for E Tour and Travel Company. They had sold my mother a nearly $500 trip 10 or so years ago which due to personal family issues we did not follow through with. We never heard anything from them since. Today we received a call from them offering to credit most the money if a reactivation fee of $150 dollars was paid. My mother decided against it yet was still badgered by the representative saying that she needed to hear all he had to say in order to make a well informed decision. I believe at 65 years old and in pretty good health she's already capable. Since the representative would not listen to anything she said, my mother hung up. He called back. I, her daughter home from college for Thanksgiving, answered since she proceeded to do paperwork. The representative was very rude and ugly insisting that I was lying about my mother being busy. Upon my asking to speak to a manger or his boss because of his uncalled for behavior the man refused telling me he was the manager and I couldn't speak to anyone else. He also refused to give a name.

I have put in a complaint to the company. I have no verification that appropriate action will take place regarding this matter as much as I do hope action will happen. If you should be experiencing problems with this number I suggest calling 407-515-2400. This is the number at which they take complaints. Give them all the information you can (number called from, date and time of call, name of person you spoke with). To anyone else, the best I can tell you is to not answer any call from this number.

Ok, I was just call by a very sweet lady from this number.  She proceeded at ask if I had taken the vacation I had purchased from them some years back.  When I said no (don't remember ever purchasing anything from them), she tried to resell me the vacation I had supposedly already bought.  When I told her I was not interested, none of my children were interested, and none of my family was interested, repeatedly, she proceeded to put her "supervisor" on the line.  He tried his best SEVERAL times to get me to and when I didn't want to buy we would say it was because "it was a money issue."  After looking at my address, he says "Lot **, we know what that means, I guess you save money that way."  What that little F***** seemed to be implying was that because my address contained a "LOT" number, I was white trailer trash.  I just returned from a 13 day trip in the FL Keys and I make over $96,000 a year (yes, really).  Where do these people get off being so rude to someone they don't even know.  If they are trying to sell something to someone they really should be careful, because now not only did they lose my sale FOREVER but I will be sure to spread the word very loudly far and near.  And if I can find a company address I will be writing them a very nasty letter about the man's rudeness and how he just lost them business.

E Tour & travel has called my landline so many times. So just to mess with them I programed my voice mail to answer in spanish. They hang up!  I have also started to collect information on this company. When I have gathered enough info it's going viral.  I will also continue to star six/nine them from a blocked number.

Recording messages without permission is against the law and using it as you say you have is a FEDERAL ofense and I am reporting YOU for breaking the law. All you have to do is disconnect the call! Most intelligent people know that they can also block numbers, land line or cell. Just a sad ridiculous person to think this couold be imagined as "fun".

Just to let you know, I recently came back from a vacation arranged with this company. All told it was about $425, included a car and 4 of us enjoyed a week in Florida. Renting an economy car is more than that per week, never mind the hotel cost. What exactly do you object to other than not taking a vacation for $400 instead of a couple thousand??

Calls began in Nov/Dec 2011. Rep explained he was calling because I had purchased a vacation back in 2005 & never used it/asked why. I explained I didn't wish to discuss why & to please remove me from their list. He continued the conversation, continuing to be more & more aggressive then even down right rude and he hung up on me - obviously frustrated that I was not interested.....Obviously he in the wrong career.
Over the next few days/weeks I'd receive calls from this number & I'd immediately ask to be removed from their contact list - in which they would immediately hang up. I began to not answer when they continued to call.

Last week I answered after them calling me EVERY day for a week to listen to the same story about my vacation over 6 years ago - I told him that I’m not interested, I’ve asked to be removed countless times & to STOP calling me! The calls still did not stop. Sat, Jan 21st I answered for the last time & said please remove me from your contact list - you have called me every single day - including weekends & this is now harassment, I’m on the national do not call list, "we" do not do business & I’ve stated over a dozen times I’m not interested, & have even begged to be removed from their call/contact list since Nov 2011!
He paused & then began to rudely tell me he was just trying to save me money & started talking over me about the offer. I screamed various profanities (as I had lost my mind at this point) stated to never call me again & hung up.

Today is Tuesday Jan 24th & I’ve already received 3 calls from them………

    When is enough really enough?

When does this be considered by the powers that be harassment? WHY in God’s name would I EVER even consider doing business with a company that literally can’t fulfill the simplest of requests from a PAST customer they’re trying to sell to. I want to do nothing more than to BASH this company & EVERYTHING it stands for!

I called then number right back and THEY KNEW WHO WAS CALLING!!!!  I made my voice very stern and said that I wanted the number off their list immediately or I would report them because I'm on the do not call list and just updated to make sure.  The guys said, "Boy, someone's not in a very good mood."  I said, "I WOULD BE IF YOU GUYS WOULDN'T BE CALLING A MILLION TIMES A DAY."  They have some nerve to bother people and then insult you when you're not happy about it.

I thought when I registered on the national DO NOT CALL list, that telemarketers wouldn't be calling me. guess I need to dig a little deeper into this issue and see if there's an agency to whom I can report the callers. I'll let y'all know how it goes :D
