Keep calling but no answer when I pick up so can't get an identity.

I seriously feel like I am being stalked by this company!  My story is the same as everyone elses - spent $399 in 2003 which has expired, they need more money to extend it, etc.  After I originally turned them down, they left me alone for over a month.  Now I get two to three calls a day!  I am on the DO NOT CALL list & have asked them on numerous occasions to take me off their list.  I don't know what actions to take against them, but I will find out!

These people called me about "great vacation deals" and they are E Tour and TRavel...because people have gotten wise to their name they are using their same contacts but just a different phone number and name.   I had to scream at them threatening my attorneys just to get them to stop calling me.........DON'T DO IT ~ just a nasty sales pitch....got to expedia if you need a cheap vacation....

Fortunately I don't answer calls I don't recognize. When I went to search for the number I found this site and another with the same comments. How can we stop these people when there is supposed to be a law against cold calling the public when they are on the do not call list?

This week, they doesn't stop to bother us. They use an auto-dialer, then hangs up. Strong accent quite hard to understand. It sounds like they shill on this site, but a peddler will ALWAYS remains a PEDDLER. If you make business with them, you justify them to continue and call again and again.

They called me twice also and said I filled out an online survey(which I never do cause they go on forever and get you nowhere)and I'm on the no call list as well I didn't let them get too far into it I let them know I never do surveys they hung up on me

I wasn't home when their call came, and a relative thought it was one of my airline ticket companies; so I tried several times to return the call; always busy!  So, since I had several plane tickets the call could have been about, I checked all my airline numbers...none of them matched "866-897-2756."  Thus, I did a back-search on Google by saying "Whose telephone number is 866-897-2756" and this blog came up.   Thanx in advance.  I'll stop trying to return the call as I ASSUMED that one of my tickets had been changed...but NOW I recall that I've ALWAYS gotten an e-mail WHEN a change happens with a ticket. So, fraud or not, I am NOT interested in a time-share (listening)vacation...$99 or not!!!

This phone number has called me several times with a recorded message telling me that I have won a holiday - I am on the "Do Not Call" list!

They called for 2 consecutives days on my mobile , a girl asked for me they know my name  & I heard a lot of laughing then she hanged up. Be careful

eTour and Travel is the name of the company.  Website is http://www.etourandtravel.com/.  They sell trips to their resorts and on these trips you have to sit through a siminar or something for 2 hours about their resorts.  It's almost like a time share but not quite.  I have a problem with them calling me every month to offer me something and I have told them time and time again that I want off their calling list....but they still wont take me off.  It has gotten to the point where I am now reporting them to the BBB every time I request this.

I've had two calls in two days telling me that I filled out a survey last year indicating I like to travel to Orlando and that they had sent me an e-mail offering me a vacation package for $99.00 that I turned down and did I remember it?  I said no but I had lost my job and wasn't interested.  The guy continued to go on that I was going to find another job soon.  I still said no thanks.  I got a second call today with the same story.  I told him I talked to somebody yesterday and I asked him to take me off his list and he just hung up on me.  We'll see if they comply.

I recieved several calls from this number. As soon as i toled them that i wasn't interested, they were convicing me not to turn it down for amount, which is less than a grocery bill. I told them that I would rather pay more, but for a ligitimate vacation, they dropped the phone on me 3 times.

Don't even talk to them, just hang up.

What upsets me, is that this is not a credit card phishing scam. I don't work for e tour and travel, but I can tell you how they get their leads. They get them just like anyone else. Marketing leads. Mostly what they do now, is get semi-qualified leads when people say yes to, or check (forget to uncheck) a box for a discount to an Orlando vacation. They can also get leads from other companies that you might have purchased through a shared merchant.

ANYONE who can do 10 seconds to get to this website, I believe should see this post in fairness. These people have an ACN number. That means, that THEY ARE REGULATED BY THE DIVISION OF CONSUMER SERVICES OF FLORIDA UNDER ACN: 10-77758-3.

This means by LAW e tour and travel telemarketing company wholly owned by Kosmas Group International, is a LEGITIMATE and LEGAL company that is operating in full compliance with all laws set forth to it.

Further online searches show that this company has full merchant accounts with almost all of the major credit cards. That means they RECORD THEIR CALLS.

Now don't get me wrong. I think it's good that you are genuinely concerned, but sometimes, it's misfounded concern. And in this case, I think you are all IDIOTS!

I keep getting calls from this number almost everyday and I have asked them several times to remove me from their list but they haven't done that.  I have reported them to the BBB in Florida but still nothing.

I have done 3 trips with them already.  Last one was in Orlando with my daughter and her family.  We had a beautiful four bedroom condo fully equipped on a beautiful site by an artificial lake, minutes from Disney, special rates for the car rental, tickets to Disney and to other shows.  Like someone else has said, who cares if you have to sit for a 90 minutes sales pitch, just say no, they are not allowed to use any pressure.  You even decide of the day and time that you want to attend that meeting.  And they do call you back if you haven't used your tickets until you do and they keep offering them to you.  I have tickets to go to Las Vegas and Mexico now, same deal.

They have called me several times and they refuse to stop, even though I've asked several times.  I told them if they don't stop calling I would report them.  Will see if that works.

Called several times despite my requests asking them not to call back. I returned the call telling them I was very interested in a vacation package but my husband wanted address to their business before giving them my credit card number. I was forwarded to "Matthew, Promotions Supervisor". He hung up on me after I insisted on the address.

This phone number shows up on my caller i.d. at least twice a day and it is annoying the heck out of me. The service representative from this number says that they're a travel agency.  I tell them to stop calling my number and all they will say is, "I'm sorry," before they hang up on me. I get harassed by this number as well as a multitude of different numbers every day of the week.  This happens on my cell phone as well as my home phone. Most of these calls are for automobile warranties, satellite t.v., or vacations.  It doesn't matter how many times I tell these people that I'm not interested, because they still keep calling me over and over again.

They have called me at least 5 times in the last two days. Today they said they were with E travel. They call at all times of the day and into the later evening hours.
