My dad got call from this number and a Jessica asked for me stating I lived with him and to call back.

Keep getting calls from this number.  Day after day.  I just don't answer anymore.  Very annoying!!!

it sounds like a creditor... they call me 4 times a day, and have never given this cell phone number to anyone.

thats stupid, they can call any day they want there are times that are acceptable, 8 am to 9 pm.

Looks more like no one is doing nothing about the phone calls.  Some thing needs to be done about this calls. !!!!!!!!

It's Capital One and just like others I don't have a Capital One account.  I've told them 50 times and reported them tp The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, but that isn't helping they just keep calling and telling me they'll remove my name in 24 hours.  I wouldn't take a credit card from this company if they paid me.

If you owe money they will call you all hours of the day. They want the money you owe them. They will continue to call at all hours and days until they are paid. you can't sue them, they are doing their job "collections" pay them and you will no longer receive calls. It's that simple people!

These people keep calling me and trying to get information about my former husband, which I don't think is legal, but in any case they aren't getting it.  My ex pays his bills and minds his own business, so I'm not sure why they are bothering me, but they are royal pests.

These people [or robots call my cell phone at least twice a day, and they also call my office repeadedlt.[I'm a busy doctor ]   my account ,soon to be closed, due to this obnoxious harrassment is not and never has been in arrears. Don't the higher-ups making the big bucks realize that they are driving off half the populace? Hope they go under.

My girlfriend (now my wife)  had 3 people with the same name. ..  within 75 miles of where she lived..

we found that out when she changed doctors,,  and her name matched (even the middle ) a patient the doctor already had..  and the records got mixed up..


we are still getting calls for  bills,  at places we never did business with..  one is for back rent  from an apartment she never lived at..

These jerks just don't give up. They have started calling & when you call them back it answers as Capito One. informed them to kindly lose my number since I'm not the party they are seeking. The person I spoke with sounded like he was in Baghdad or an equally rotten place. It would be helpful if they spoke "ENGLISH" well.

me too... they keep calling my cell phone on a daily basis.  I've never had a capital one account and I don't give my cell hone number to anyone but friends and family.

It's a scam company pretending to be Cap One. Don't give them your account number if you do by chance have a Cap One card and def don't give them your SSN! They also call from 866-929-5306 and 866-381-0453

I love that you called them Crapital One- because that is just what they are. They call me on weekends on a Sunday no less. I wish they would leave a message if they are going to call me and tell why they are calling if it super important to have to make calls to people on the weekend. I am tired of them calling me and harrassing me.

You would think that since they call so much they would at least leave a voicemail or one longer than 2 sec. Im so fed up with these scammers im reporting it!! this has to END NOW!

They start early in the morning like at 8:20 am and don't stop until about a quarter to eight everynight. Now they are trying to call by different numbers just to try and talk to me. Really stop the harassment NOW!!!
