- laprns replies to Ricky BobbyYeah-losers like yourself that call people and scream at them regardless the situation are always right then?
- laprns replies to Ricky BobbyPerhaps your pseudonym should have been Jethro since you clearly have a third grade education. Incoherent, run-on sentences with poor spelling.......not impressive.
- momoftwins| 1 replyMy caller ID had a local number on it. Was given this number as a call back number for my husband to return the call because I would NOT give them a social to verify. The number on my ID was a photo place in a local town, but the 877# is a financial something. If this is a legit government agency, why are they SPOOFING numbers?
- momoftwins replies to fms worker| 2 repliesIf you are a legit government contracted agency, why are you SPOOFING numbers on a caller id?
- study overseas replies to fms workeror to avoid all this crap move to canada or elsewhere where they offer FREE education.
- Anonymcaller is so rude the school they want for i never finished cuz they had no professor now they want me to pay im on disability oh yeah and they would not tell me who they were
- RBIt's a debt collector. They've been calling my last place of employment over a debt that is well beyond the statute of limitations.
- fms worker replies to momoftwins| 1 replyit's not spoofing. We have over 400 employees dialing at once..kind of hard to use the same phone line. Also some people can only receive local calls, and to keep them from getting long distance charges when they call back we have local numbers. common sense.
- DISGUSTEDWe recieved a call from this number on my wife's cell phone. WE DO NOT TAKE CALLS THAT WE DO NOT RECOGNIZE THE NUMBER, BUT THEN DO RESEARCH TO FIND OUT WHO IS CALLING. If this is Financial Management Systems, that collects student loan debt, they are barking up the wrong tree. First of all neither my wife or I have ever had any STUDENT LOANS. And if we had, had any student loans, they would be 45-50 years old.
We mark all such calls in our cell phones (don't have a landline anymore) as DO NOT ANSWER, and let them call until they get tired of calling and give up, as most such callers of those types eventually do give up. NONE OF THEM EVER LEAVE A MESSAGe. A legitimate caller will leave a message so you no who it is and so you can call them back.- Call type: Debt collector
- PayurbillAny1 who think fms is nota legit company needs to do more research. Fms is one of 17 conpanies currently on dept of Ed's large contract. If the # they r calling is wrong then tell them to put this # on the do not call list and it will be done or u can sue them next time they call. If u took out a loan and never paid it then verify the last 4 of ur freaking social when they call and pay your damn bill. U will be offered a settlement, if your not able to do that they will take a financial statement and set u up on an appropriate payment for 9 months to rehabilitate your loan. If u have no income ask for the reasonable and affordable program. This will base your payment soley on your income. U will need to provide 3 years worth of w2's. The loan will never go away and if u can't take 10 minutes out of your day to setup a voluntary payment then they will start taking it out of your paycheck (15%) or 15% of everything after $750 outbid your federally assistance your getting from the govt. pay your bill you dead beats. Get a life and stop posting comments about something u have NO CLUE what your talking about
- twons replies to Ricky BobbyReally? So how about the rest of us who work two jobs to make sure our bills get paid and still get harassed because the righteous debt collector is too lazy to remove us from his contact list?
- VinceThese idiots call me every day, never leave a message. It is probably for a family member as I have no outstanding debts but I am wondering how they got MY cell phone number. Why do they call ME, this is NOT my debt. All my family members are adults and living on their own
- Grace Radical replies to Ricky BobbyWith the current economical/job situation in this country, who can afford to pay student loans right now. Most of us are barely able to keep shelter/food and other essentials. Student loans can wait and the Feds should hold off until 100% of America has rebounded.
- leprecaunThey've just left messages for the three of us in the payroll department at work. Some people can't seem to understand that we do get a lunch break. Can hardly understand "Roger" as he has a very thick accent. Something about United student paperwork and payroll issues....or something to that effect.
I forwarded the call to HR as we don't answer any questions about employees.- Caller: Financial Management Systems
- 8656844935Have had serveral VERY SUSPICIOUS calls and messages left looking for someone by the name of "Josh Mullens"......the message states that if you listen all the way through that that you will verify that you are Josh Mullens.....then a 3 second delay and then the rest of the message will come thru......
- TellTheTruth replies to Ricky Bobby"Ricky Bobby" works for FMS! FMS buys bad debt and then use reel sleazy tactics to collect on it. Calling and scaring relatives.
- d replies to fms workerwell fms worker, why is it you guys keep calling me verify my girlfriends brothers info? I have no debt and am tired of your calls. I don't even taslk to her brother so leave me the hell alone.
- wickThese people just called my cell phone looking for my daughter, who hasn't lived with me in over 6 years and has paid off all her student loans. I'd like to know how they got my cell number when I've only had it for 3 months.

- spure34 replies to Ricky BobbyThey called me at work and asked for me by name, I wasn't there so they asked the person who answered if I was employed there! They left a message and a phone number, so I called them back. They had my full name, wrong social (thank god), wrong university I attended, my place of work, and my work number. Now since they have the right name and confirmed that somebody that has the name they are looking for work at the place they called they said they couldn't take my name and phone number off their list. So my question to you idiot, how the f**k do I get this idiots to stop harassing me? And it his harassment! I am pissed because my name is in their system with my place of work, we only have 12 employees so when they refer to me by using my name and my place of work they are talking about no one but ME personally! I would like tie them to the back of my truck and dragged them 5 miles at 70 mph if I found these f**ksticks! You like apples?
- JR replies to CHRIS2PHER850Legit or not, my experience with them in the past is: They lie through there teeth. Yup I have student debt like you would not believe, and I have tried to work out arrangements. But these guys do not ever send paperwork, then demand huge sums, they leave threatening messages, they use call masking (easy to do, and I think it is even technically legal for some companies). My advice is this, avoid them, change your number, mask your 'movements' and let the loan be sold to someone else. Some of the collection agencies are honest and have your best interest over all, but FMS does not. They are looking for a quick dime and laugh at your hardship
