I have my loans on deferred and they are calling so why would they want to the collect . If they work for the government they would already know that.

I just need to talk to somebody about my situation but they keep hanging up on me or saying they will call me back.. So if someone could call me it would be nice.. my number us in the system.

They call my home and hang up when the answering machine comes on.  My huband and I owe absoluely NOTHING to anyone. This is obviously a SCAM.  I pity the dumb [***] on the other end of the line IF I happen to pick up the phone when they call again.

I keep getting a call from a number that is NOT the number my husband calls to discuss his student debt. They are going to catch me on the wrong day and get their feelings hurt! We have dealt with several scammers while trying to sort out the payments. Nobody is getting $h!t until I have solid proof that it is legitimate. Keep harassing. I will pull law enforcement into this quicker than you can dial up my number!
