This is a collection company for merrick bank credit card.
so if you are also getting these harassing calls 20 times a day.
call merrick bank and show them how it feels. I have also told them they have
the wrong person and they just keep it up. So i am counting every call each day
and i am going to return the call to them over and over and tell them they have the
wrong person each time. Tie there phone line up for a few hours each day. Lets see
how you  like it merrick

They call my cell phone, so I just started a contact as NO. Then I made the ring as nothing, no sound at all. Now it doesn't bother me. lol

they knew filling chapter 7 then can we call you agin is this a cell phone or a land line told cell phone . Do you have a land line no. We can't get hold of your atty lie my atty talked too them now my atty sue them

Constant calls from this number.  We sometimes pick up & tell the representative there is no one here by that name.  Where on the do not call list!

Got a call from this number claiming to be from the IRS and that there was a lawsuit against me, told me I had to call the number back. It was some sort of robocall. I called it back. Got some guy who was clearly foreign (Indian, maybe) and was told a bunch of nonsense about how I owed over $5000 in back taxes from the last year and I had two options: go to court or pay it.  When I asked about paying it, they told me I didn't have to pay it all and asked how much I could pay. I offered up $5 and asked to mail the $5 bill in. He transferred me to his "superior" who gave me the same mess and when I told him $5 and asked for an address, actually spelled out "suckmydick" and started to, I don't know, attempt phone sex? He hung up when I blasted some music in his ear.

Please tell them to stop calling, and submit all requests via mail.  Please document each call, date, time, phone number, etc.  start showing a track record of this harassment.  I’d even go as far as sending them a letter sent via traceable mail (keep a copy of the letter, and the receipt how you sent).  You could sue them for $1000 per incident of where the harassment incurs.

They call, when I answer they hang up and never leaves a voicemail.

Received call from this number - answered and immediately disconnected the call.  Calling party did not call again as would a person with a legitimate interest so call was likely from a machine and maybe looking for a "voice print' before connecting to an operator.  most likely a trash call

somebody called me from that number the only thing they said was " I'm anita cupcake" then hung up...which is why I searched for the number. funny but weird for sure

Kudos to her for getting the book. And FYI- nope don’t reward the relentless debt collectors that trample all over your rights. They get a percentage. No way. If you still owe it, fine. But pay it with the originator. Don’t reward the bullys! Sheesh collector, what stupid advice
