Do not give Federal Recovery your credit card information. Report them to the Federal Trade Commission. They are a scam. Ask them to send you documentation of the debt. Ask for their address to send a payment.

yeah they keep calling me telling me im going to have top go to court on a bad check charge well i even called this cash net usa and they have nothing under my name or phone number and the police officer that was at my house doing the investagation heard it all. so they are a scam!!

How bout a mr.stamp and yes i said stamp has been calling me saying that i still owe money for a payday loan from cash net usa and that they were willing to help me solve the debt.  In my sheer stupidy i gave them my credit card information and set up a payment plan DUH! i am an idiot, i fell for the government act and the normal voice. This i can promise will never happen again. I have done some research and nothing matches up including phone numbers, 877-400-0286,and also a 210 number. People please becareful they will not give me any information regarding the loan only a payment schedule witch took two weeks for them to send

No one should be employed there. How do you people sleep at night? I have reported you to the FTC, BBB, Md's State Attorney's Office and the New York State Attorney's Office. And, I am having all charges to my card investigated - the charges are on my unemployment insurance prepaid card so now the unemployment office is also involved. Have a nice day!

Multiple harassing calls to our number over years. Claims to take the number out of the system, but never does.

Will use this as a class action suit with help from Attorney General and telephone company.

Yes, got a call from Bill Moses who is the supv at this company. He stated I was a loser and that he is no longer dealing with the likes of me. I tried to explain to him that I filled a Bankrucpty back in 2007. I did a Chapter 13 than did a Chapter 7 after I couldnt save my house anyway. This debt was included in the Chapter 7 my bank. Mr. Moses was the rudess man I have ever dealt with before. He needs a new job so that he can relax a little bit. This was over three years ago, I had forgot about the Bankrucpty until Top line had mention it to me. Mr. Bill Moses is at 877-338-2151. I was not passing a bad check the chapter 13 had paid them 180.00 so far. I am reporting them to the better business also. Thanks have a very Blessed Day.

This company called my job and sent a employment verification via e-mail.  I have never been contacted by this company thru any other means.  If I owe a debt then they are to contact me and speak with me before trying to take my check.  I do not know who they spoke with or who gave them information, but I don't take kindly to threats or any other means of harrassment.  My job will not verify anything unless I am notified first.  The person I spoke with would not send any information to me in regards to this call.

got a call from federal recoveries and they were demanding all the money I owed, but the economy is bad and you can,t get blood out of a turnip....about 10 days later I had a summons on my door. My question is how legal is it to issue summons in ny, without doing it in person

Yes they fax me a paper demanding money. Saying they work for the government

get a lawyer involved and sue them for harassment,  I am in the process right now.
