I can understand the frustration of being harassed by anyone...telemarketer, collection agency, etc, etc.  I was one of IQOR's targets for about 6 months.  I guess I was not a high priority, because I was getting 1 call a day most days, but every now and then there would be a second one.  I never picked up.  Not once.  Anyone doing that sort of work is a sadistic [***], and hearing you rant at them, or make any attempt at resolving the issue is what they are hoping for.  They love your misery.  The person doing the caller doesn't give a rat's ass if you pay up, or buy, or what ever the pitch is.  They sit and make computer generated calls, and wait for a victim to bite.  I have to figure that the biggest disappointment they have in a day is a "no answer".  Well, that's all they got from me, and they have given up...I suppose.  No calls now for about 10 days. To be honest, I am kind of disappointed.  I have phones all over the house here, all with call display. It was one of my pleasures in life to see them wasting time with another dead end call to me.  Ideally, I'd like to see everyone just ignore them.  Do not call back, do not pick up, don't file any complaints, don't do the *87 thing.  I can only imagine how quickly the fun would fade for them if they go even one week without a bite.  They are the scum of the earth, and all they need to keep operating is for the fun to continue.  Also, as a collection agency, they get paid if they get results.  They won't last a month if they can't generate any revenue.

Got a call from 1-877-503-2115 today Tue 3/17/09 at 2:50 PM and
the phone rang 8 times.
Dialed *57 and the call was sucessfully traced.

Got a call from 1-877-503-2115 yesterday Mon 3/16/09 at 11:33 AM and
the phone rang 7 times.
Dialed *57 and the call was sucessfully traced.

Is IQOR only going to call once a day now?
I hope not, cause I'm starting to enjoy dialing *57 now!

Had this call at noon. In the name part of my caller ID unit the
number 9056675646 showed up instead of Unknown name. This has never
happened before! Below I've pasted this portion to view;

I dialed *57 and the call was traced!

Then I get a call shortly after this from IQOR;

I didn't answer any of these calls.
But now I'm wondering if IQOR has something to do with
the first call today? Maybe so!

Do you have a FAX number for them?  I want to send them 100 page fax every night to waste toner on their fax.  Also what I do when they call in person is just put them on hold and waste as much time as possible.  I sometimes call them and just waste their time and then ask them if my debt for $29 is worth all of this..

They are calling my house trying to get a mailing address for my number although the person they are looking for is not valid.   I refuse to give them any information.  The are calling back daily.  This is getting extremely annoying, when I ask who the are they say IQOR, but won't give me any information.   I have asked to take off the do not call list but it has not been done.

This ICORP Canada keeps calling my cell phone # daily .  I just got the number and I Don't have any outstanding debts.  I wish someone could just put a stop to this calling.

I've been a collector before and NOT every place gets money off how much they collect. I've been called every name in the book and didn't get an extra cent to compensate me for all the abuse I've taken from people who don't want to pay back what they owe. If you've borrowed money from somewhere and that's why they're calling you, the responsible thing to do would be to own up and pay up! If they're selling something, tell them to take you off their list. That's the most you can do! If they keep calling, then don't answer. But don't think that every collector "loves your misery" because that is completely not true. It's a job ,and it may not be the best job, but it pays the bills!

I am getting two or three calls a week with a message in French to call back. Finally I called back to today and the women stated my address in Quebec. I HAVE NEVER LIVED IN QUEBEC> I AM NOT FROM QUEBEC and I have no debts ANYWHERE.

This has been going on for a year despite several conversations that I am supposedly off the list. I am willing to pursue a complaint.

someone at ICORP named kathy nero assured me she would remove me from the list. I dont believe her for a second. they are shameful.

Just noticed the reply from "Hey You".  I figure that anyone doing the job of a collection agency caller has bombed at everything they have done in life.  No one would take that job if they had the ability to do anything else in life.  If I can't talk to the person who has decided to harass me, then you are it bud.  "Compensation for the abuse yout take"?  You don't seem to get how hated you are.  I owe nothing.  Never have.  I don't care what someone thinks, and I won't get pulled into the war of words trying to prove that.  You, as a collection agency caller are (were) scum.  This is the wrong forum to look for any sympathy.  Read through the comment after comment of people on here who owe nothing, and can not stop the calls.  I hate very few people in the world, but I detest IQOR, anyone who works for them, or any agency like it.

I don't imagine that these rants do anything, but it sure is fun to trash talk companies like IQOR.  They call here too.  I know what it's about....a Bell ExpressVu dispute that THEY screwed up on.  I offered over and over to prove that I was right, and that the bill they were sending me was wrong, but they wouldn't listen.  And yes, this is something I can prove they (Bell) are wrong about, not just something I "felt" was unfair.  Do a search on the BBB for Canada, and you'll see that there are hundreds, if not thousands of complaints about them.  But, getting back to the point of this forum, IQOR calls me 6 times a week, at all hours, and I have yet to pick up.  Places like this site told me who was calling, so it was easy to figure out.  My advice to anyone being bugged by them? :  Laugh it off, and don't pick up.  "Call Display" is the best value going, and for me, it is an added bonus that I am using one of Ma Bell's services to mess with another division of Bell.

"AddMeToTheList" is bang on.  My dispute is also with Bell ExpressVu.  I have another account with them which is work related.  I didn't want the hassle of dragging my workplace into a delinquent account thing, so I sicked the BBB on them, and within 4 hours of filing that complaint, I had a phone call from one of the higher-ups at Bell, and the problem was resolved.  It was that easy. But, the issue I have at home is just plain fun.  And like AddMeToTheList says, call display is the best value going.  And you get the added value of using one of Ma Bell's services to mess with another branch of Bell.  Life is good.

My dispute is more than 2 yrs old now.  I just got another IQOR call.  But they never ever leave a message.  I wonder if Bell knows just how hard IQOR is working for them.  ONE token call a day, and never later than 9 pm.  To be honest, it makes my day to see them wasting their time.  

My advice to victims of IQOR is to shrug it off if you have call display.  They don't go any farther than calling, so let 'em do their thing.  Don't react or respond.  Let's see how long they stay in business if they get no results.

These [***] start calling me so early every morning its still dark out!!  They NEVER leave a message but call ALL day long everyday.  I would love to hear more about the class action lawsuit against them - anyone care to enlighten me?  Email address is tnholt@yahoo.com

These IQor people have been calling me for nearly 2 years at least 5 times a week. There is usually no one there when I pick up the phone - just silence.  I used to get an actual person and I'm sure they spoke to me about lowering my credit rating.  Today they called at 7:37 a.m.   I am at my wits end with them.  Is there any way for the telephone company to block their calls?   There must be a way to stop this.

just got another call from [I-court-canada] they called, i picked up, dead air.  I hung up not 15 seconds later they called again, I refused to pick up.  Got that speedy message "call us back now or else". Didn't say who the call was for.

This has been going on for years. Now I don't pick up the phone unless it's someone I know or have business with.  Nobody in my household has ever recieved any debt collection letters so I'm wary to call them back and have to deal with a**holes.

Which is what happened before.  Another women from [I-court-canada; is who she said it] believed I was someone who I wasn't [and further more, never heard of] she called me a liar and a deadbeat and that she's calling the cops on me.. 2 years later nobody has ever showed up nor any mail.. they just call 10-30 times a day using different phone numbers and blockers.


Very unprofessional and rude.  You'd think these people would get their facts straight before harassing someone.
