One more thing about this number I've noticed is that it disappears off my call displayed all by it self by the end of each day. Weird.

I have absolutely no outstanding debts with anyone and have really good credit. These people call me - at least once to twice a day - I don't pick-up the phone. They're a pathetic joke. I know my credit rating is fine, I don't owe anyone any money, and they have absolutely no authority, rights, etc. Ignore them - and put your number in the no-contact list with the government. Tell them off - do whatever - toy with them, have some fun at their expense.

Pretty sure they are calling about 407 highway fee's..problem is, I HAVEN'T BEEN ON THE 407 SINCE 2002!!!!!!!

i have been receiving calls from 778-328-9999 and 877-503-2115 8 times a day for almost a month and i know its from the same company..i am pissed ........ i am registered with Do Not Call List and even called them they said they will investigate.. wonder how long it will take, called canadian anti fraud center they said they cant do anything because i need the company name.. duh everytime i answer i have to hold for an important message and they hang up

simple way to make them stop....i am trying to do this to see it will work....what I am doing is calling them back with the phone they call me from on my call display on my land line phone....as soon I hear them pick up and live human voice answer say this is "??? Canada" can I help you....I reply back by not saying a word and then push the pound # key on my phone and hold it down for 1 min to 5 mins then hang up.....it toll free number to call them back on so therefore no long distance charges apply from land line phone.....but if I keep calling them back when they call me and keep pushing the pound # key and they see my phone number display on their phone....they will think twice about calling me again and keep hearing a non-stop deaf tone from the pound # key when I phone back....that I hope will teach them a lesson.... try this too and good luck everyone....

i received a message today from this number: 1 877 214-5481. The message was for my deceased father, a man who died almost 10 years ago. When I called them back they said that it involved an "important financial file" with I Corp Canada that needed to be discussed with the person who was the executor of his estate.
They would give me no other information. Upon further questioning, they did ask if the address they had was the correct address.They then gave me an address that was not connected in any way to my family, an address in another city in the province.
Who are these people??

I never got this garbage until I got suckered into getting the phone/cable/internet package from Rogers. Now its icore, offers for credit cards, offers for insurance, fraudulent "surveys" to gather info, etc.  Who the hell uses a land line nowadays anyway?  I am convinced that Rogers just wants us to take their stupid home phone with the internet so they can SELL the numbers to these fraudsters.  Icore is obviously a scam because all they are doing is randomly dialing numbers from their list hoping someone may be dumb enough to call them back and give them personal info that they plan to use for some nefarious reason, like selling it on to the Russian mob for ID theft or whatever.  Scum.  The saddest part is if you look at this thread the earliest posts about it were in 2009.  It is now 2012 and nothing has been done about it.  I have taken to unplugging my stupid Rogers phone and I am moving to a new job soon so after that move I will be switching to another internet provider and no stupid land line.  Rogers and icore can go to hell or back to India where they came from.

At least 2 calls a day from these guys on my cel.  I just push the hangup button.  I don't even bother to talk to them.  Looking back on this thread it looks like iQor are the culprits.  They're a collection agency of some sort.

I would  this harrassment to stop. I receive aphone call each night around 7pm.  I have never tsken the  time to listen to the message.  If I am out it goes on my answering machine.  Please stop now as I do not want any more of their calls..

I am sick of getting calls on my cell for some guy named 'Joel' for money he allegedly owes.

They've been telling me they'll remove my number from their call list for months.
Guess what? They never do. This is harrassment.

Ok so I got a call yesterday from ICOR. They call all the time, day and night. Unfortunately I'm working or driving at the time of the calls. I was so curious to see who this is but at the same time when i call back they tell me to call a different number. So I figured if it is really important they will call back.

and of course they calll back but again I'm workign or driving

Untill yesterday.. finally they called at a time I was available to speak with them.

I picked up and this guy was like Hi is this _________ (said my name) I'm like yes he's like can you please confirm your address... (I was already in a terrible mood and when I heard that I just went crazy)

I replied:  Excuse me? Your going to call my phone and ask me for my address without even introducing your self? are you effing crazy??   The guy then replied that he is calling from ICOR canada and this is a urgent adn serious matter and once I give him my address he can tell me what it is regarding.

And I replied: Excuse me? Are you effing kidding me? You say your a profession company yet you call me and demand information without introducing yourself? Harsh scam artist you are and I'm not falling for it. I told him I work for a professional company and if I'm making outgoing calls the first thing I do is introduce myself. I gave him a bloody example b/c I was furious. "Hi my name is _____ and I"m callign from ____ to inform you of ______ can I please confirm some information before I proceed.

no hi.. is this ____ ok whats your address?? liek who the EFF is you! I was pissed I bitched at him some more then finally hung up without letting him repond.

I hope no one is stupid enough to give out personal information  to complete strangers especially over the phone. There are way too many scams out there and you gotta be on your A game all the time.

After what I did I actually felt bad b/c I'm like what is he was new or something? but then I came on this site and now I'm totally glad I gave him a mouth full.. hahahahhahhaa

I get repeated calls from icorp canada with recorded messages - please how can I block these calls

You guys need to watch out for Mr. Scudso (not sure if name is spelled right) he claims to be the head manager for this company. Be careful of this guy don't give him any of your personal information. He is the master mind of all the scams from sending people fake court paper's, letters with Bryan R. Dale Barrister and Solicitor, charging interest witch is against the law, violating peoples rights, Using foul and threaten language to elderly people and here's the sad part also to minors. The best way to file complaints about this low life and all the rest of them that are working under his scam is by the following information below.

I have been receiving these calls as well.  I phoned the Ministry for Consumers (1-800-889-9768) and found out that the only way we can stop Iqor Canada Ltd (or formerly CBCL - Canada Bonded Credits Ltd.) from calling us is to write to them and ask them to take our number off their list.  This letter either has to be sent by registered mail to

year: 2013 the number 1 (877) 503 - 2115 called me 4 times in one day.
I called back, They call themselves I call canada. Do not give them anything and as I seen below it would be a good idea to threaten a class action lawsuit to assure no future calls.

If your telephone providers offers block # or last caller use it. I had my provider do this for me because another company was calling me. I kept calling them back and telling them to leave me alone but they wanted me to prove to them who i was and they wanted too much information so I finally blocked them. Icorp called for a member of this household when I asked what it was in regards to they would not talk to me it was a matter of confidential information. I  hung up on them. I don't know what they wanted but I thought it might a collector for the outstanding government loan.
