I just received a call from 336-551-3147 and they offered me a 50% if I renewed today and a month free.  I mentioned that I had renewed this morning and rep told me to cancel my order and to call the 877-795-0568 to be able to get the discounts....it does not sound right to me.

I work for AAA and just dialed the number...there is no "Music on Hold" identifying the number as AAA.  Where I work in a membership renewal call center we have MOH that identifies us as an AAA affiliate.  Also, the person answering just answered "hello".  We are scripted to greet the member in a specific way and simply saying "hello" is not it.  When I asked the caller for her name and where they were located I was hung up on.  That being said, we do have a retention unit that will attempt to contact you between 60-120 days after expiration.  Prior to that from day 1-59 after expiration you could get a call from a local AAA salesperson at your closest branch office.  After 120 days, all salvage attempts are through mailers.

You sound like a stupid over-reactor.  They obviously had the wrong number.  I renewed my membership at 8777950568.  They are legit.

100% legit.  This has been the Aaa renewal line for years.

Legit. It’s AAA calling to renew membership. Renewed on the phone which was super convenient, got my card a week later, and called to verify. 👍🏼

I told them I would renew when I had the money, they still call me every few days. ANNOYING.

This is not a aaa number!!!! Do not give your information to anyone who calls from this number! I work for aaa and called this number it is not a aaa representative! If your membership expires 12/31/2018 we will not call you a week before the expiration so that you can pay for it!

She didn't ask for your AAA account number because she called you with the information already up on her screen, most likely. When it connected her to you, your account information popped up on her computer.

This number is a direct line to the AAA retention department for renewals for those with expired memberships, auto renewal memberships and a way to relay specials to members. Ask for verification and I can assure you it will be given. Don’t miss out on the deals!

Rec'd call from this number at 7:02 pm, but did not answer. I am a member of AAA and they sent me a reminder by e-mail about payment. I can tell you that this is not their number in PA.  They now offer scam protection, I wonder why.

When someone calls asking for someone who does not live here I sniffle a little and then cry an tell them that they just died yesterday.  I always get an immediate hang up

I got a call, saying they are from AAA, and that my account expired since February 2019. The sad part is that it did expire and I renewed it at the same month. I told them to wait for a moment and I purposely hung up to check my conformation. It says in my E-mail and my Account Page on AAA website that I am a member until February 2020. So if they call back, I know it is a scam.

I repeatedly every day get a call from 8777950568, it shows up as spam on my phone, so I do not answer. I wish someone would do something about this, and it is very annoying,
