I got a call too, September 24th at 10:25 PM. I'm located in Sweden and have Tele2/Comviq as my service provider.

Nej, MikZ3000 har inte helt rätt. Nummer som börjar med den "virtuella landskoden" 88213 kontrolleras av Telespazio S.p.A. De har delat ut några tusen nummer till EMSAT men sista siffran i detta nummer skulle i så fall vara 1, 2 eller 3. Inte 9. Det kan stå EMSAT på räkningen men det beror bara på att din operatör inte har tillräckligt bra koll.

I too received a call from this number about a week ago, late in the evening I think. I answered but there were no one there so I just thought that they´d might have rung the the wrong number. I live in Sweden, I have Comviq and my number isn't listed publicly so I just thought that they'd have to call me back if they wanted something.

I got a call too... When I was on holidays in Turkey. 4,30 am. Didn't call back either...

Got the call twice ! never answered nor recall ..

Didn't answer though, was too tired so i just didn't give a damn and just pressed red button so it stopped ringing xD

Yes not only scandinavian had been called so far.
I am from switzerland. This number called me at 2:55 am.
My phone just rang very shortly.
