I got called by this number and fortunally l called back cause I was at work and cound`t check the number . So many things are wroten here.
I am realy sorry cause l called back and l am a bit scared.

Was called 15 min ago from this strange number. Im in tokyo right now and my number is from swiss. I didnt take it. I think we will never know, who is the caller and where its from. Just let your fingers away from this number!

Received missed call from the above mentioned number on Aug 25 at 12.24 p.m., location Switzerland.

The number called me for 5 seconds, then hung up.

This is a satelite hack and to return call can cost you up to 80NOK (8£) to connect.
and aprox 35 NOK a minute....
The code that is used tryes random number combinations to get people to call back..

DO NOT call this number back. Its a hoax. They will empty your phone acount. It is a satelite number. People in Norway are getting warned as we speak.

This number is a sat.phone. It is used to generate a scam. The scam is when you return the call, they will bill you with a huge bill.
It is minimum 6$ a minute. (Some differences for each contry) Kinda like a service like fortune teller, you call to her, she take XX% of the call fee.
They get their numbers either from random generator or from phone services.
They then hook their phone to a computer, seed the numbers into it and set it to call XX numbers a minute. Say they call 100/min (from this number I'm sure they have more) and 5% return the call.
Say they make 4$/call. This mean they will make 20$ a min. Or 1200$/hr.
Say they have 100 such numbers. Then they will make 12.000$/hr.
If you want to stop the scam, do like me!
DO NOT RETURN THE CALL!
They will then NOT make money. If noone return the call, the scam will fail and then stop.

The number called me twice when I stayed in Croatia. I didn't pick up or call back though. I'm from the Netherlands so my phone number starts with +31.

They either use a random number generator, or use a worm that collect numbers and dump em into a calling computer.
DO NOT RETURN tHE CALL!

they called me when i was in Tunesia, but i didn't call back. It rings once and than they hanged up. But i didn't call back...i hope this was the right decision.

Called me on my UK vodafone mobile just before 5pm.  It didn't even ring for 5 seconds as it didn't divert to my voicemail.  It was such a weird number I didn't answer.  Does anyone know who it is?

This is a FRAUD - you're lured to call back and charged aprx €5/minute ++

46850939691 is from sweden, and it's not called from a cellphone, (+46 = sweden), and it has to start with +46 and then 70, 73 or 76. So don't call that number!
